Amazing great room with panoramic views of the lake. 5 comfy and spacious bedrooms with queen sized beds. Master suite with walk in shower, jetted tub and view of the lake through both windows right from your bed. 7th bedroom has built in twin bunks for a great slumber party for the kids. Cozy up by the 30 foot fireplace while the sun sets on Bear Lake. Sunsets are breath taking. You'll never see the same one twice. Enjoy accommodations for 20 people with private space for all!

Handcrafted wood floors and 30 foot great room gives you a feeling of being in your own private lodge. Relax by the windows, take a walk to the beach, jump in an ATV and cruise the nearby BLM trails, launch your boat at the nearby docks. There are endless water activities to enjoy with rentals near by. Hop on over to Garden City for a burger and famous Raspberry shake or check out the local beach shops. Don't miss Some Beaches in Laketown for their amazing raspberry jams and jellies or Friday night specials.

The property is nearly 1.5 acres which keeps the home a private oasis for you to enjoy. Surrounded by BLM land, you won't need to worry about noisy neighbors. Plan to cook up a storm in the well appointed kitchen with a Traeger Smoker or Gas grill on the deck.

Keep fit with a jog down East Shore Road or a quick workout in the professional gym located in the expansive garage. Rent electric bikes for a scenic tour around the lake or take a tour of the Bird Refuge. Venture into Paris to explore Minnetonka Caves and the massive stalactites and stalagmites or the nearby Ice Caves.

The open floorplan allows for large gatherings without anyone feeling crowded. A game could be on tv while cooking and entertaining while a billiard match is being played upstairs. There is table tennis, spike ball, and cornhole in the garage next to the gym The rooms are spacious and gives each guest a space to retreat to. All the bedrooms have amazing views and you never know what wildlife you'll see out the window. Bald eagles are common and there's never a shortage of deer hanging out. Oh and watch for the cottontail bunnies along the road and in the yard.

There is so much to do in Bear Lake for a family to make wonderful memories with. The best part is having a comfy and spacious lake house to return to.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon departing, take trash to the dumpster across the house. A $100 fee will be charged if we need to dispose of your trash after you leave.
Put all towels in the laundry room please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a septic system. No personal hygiene items flushed down toilet. Please also limit amount of food in the disposal.
We have a private trash bin right across the street. Lock code is 1997. Please take out your trash before leaving.
Strip beds and place all used linens and towels in kitchen near the washroom. Much appreciated.

There was more than enough room for three families. Fun games available in the house (Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Pool), and close to Idaho State Park. All in all it was perfect for our vacation.

Great Views

This is a great place to stay. A very roomy home with lots of sleeping area. The driveway is very steep, so if you pull a boat be aware that there really is no parking in the area for that and you will drag the trailer pulling it in and out of the driveway. The owners were very responsive and made sure that our stay was everything that we were hoping for. Lots of fun things to do and as the listing states some of the best views of the lake and the sunsets. Great place to stay and I would recommend it. Thanks.

We are a professional couple and chose this property for our family's retreat house. Our children are grown and this is a great location for us to get together and enjoy our time together.

We love Bear Lake and have had many amazing family memories on this lake. This property is quiet and remote. We wanted a retreat away from the hectic world of healthcare and this is the perfect place to relax and restore our souls.

Amenities for the beach are available also-chairs, towels, some life vests, cooler and other beach items. The rooms are spacious and gives each guest a space to retreat to. All the bedrooms have amazing views and you never know what wildlife you'll see out the window. Bald eagles are common and there's never a shortage of deer hanging out. Oh and watch for the cottontail bunnies along the road and in the yard.
