It is located in a dead end street with access to the Billou beach (150m away).
This single-storey 90m2 house includes:
• A spacious and bright living area with a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
• A bedroom with a double bed 160 and storage
• A children's bedroom with two single beds and storage (a third bed is possible with a trunckle bed, it’s a pull-out bed)
• A bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks
• A large terrace with double exposure (south/west) The house is equipped with a TV, decoder, internet (wifi), washing machine, outdoor table, 2 sun loungers, and electric barbecue. For your children: Don't bring your own, we provide a travel crib, high chair and children's games. They can also find beach buckets and spades. What to do during your stay:
• Water sports enthusiasts will find their paradise at the Dossen beach (10 min walk) where you can practice sailboarding, surfing, kite surfing...
• Walk on the Sieck island (accessible at low tide)
• Walk in Roscoff (6km away) and why not try its Thalasso - Visit the Batz island
• You will even find a small SPA 50 meters away from the house. Household linens provided (sheets and towels) Cleaning fee is included.
