50 m² welcoming and bright apartment located in La Baule-Escoublac which has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor with lift, it has a 10 m² balcony, garden furniture, an outdoor parking space, an iron, internet access via wifi, a hairdryer and a satellite TV.
The independent kitchen, equipped with ceramic hobs, has a refrigerator, a freezer, a combined oven - microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The apartment, located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, is situated at the foot of Lajarrige Avenue, which has all food shops, a market 2 to 3 times a week depending on the season, and several restaurants and creperies.
