4/5-room apartment with a private garden overlooking the seawall and direct access to the beach. A private south-facing terrace of approximately 50m² overlooking the Dives River.
The apartment, equipped for 8 people, includes an entrance hall with a large storage closet, a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, two ceramic hobs, and a large fridge-freezer), with a large bay window and a window overlooking the sea. A second bay window provides access to the terrace with garden furniture and a parasol. A removable partition separates the second part of the living room, which serves as the first bedroom with a wardrobe and a sofa bed (daily sleeping capacity 140x200). A second south-facing bedroom features large wardrobes and two 80x200 beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160x200). A small hallway leads to a separate toilet and a bathroom with a washing machine. A second hallway with two large closets leads to bedrooms 3 and 4, and their bathrooms (walk-in shower and macerator toilet). Bunk beds are provided in the children's room with a large bay window overlooking the sea, and a 140x200 bed with French doors and a window in the other.
Television, Internet access: Wi-Fi + 2 Ethernet ports.
Elevator access at the building entrance and an underground parking space.
