28m² studio located on the 2nd floor of a residence with lift and heated swimming pool. It is situated in the centre of Carnac beach, in immediate proximity to the thalassotherapy centre and nautical base, and approximately 200m from the beach, 500m from the shopping centre and 1.5km from a supermarket.
Main north-facing exposure.
- Entrance to sleeping area with 2 bunk beds in 90cm, storage
- Open-plan kitchen area with living room: fridge with freezer, coffee makers (electric + Senseo), kettle, toaster, 2 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave
- Living area with TV, 2 sofa beds in 140cm, table, chairs
- Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin with 1 sink, WC, storage
- Balcony with table and chairs
Electric heating.
Maximum 4 people, ideal for 3.
Heated collective swimming pool from early April to mid-September.

No private parking
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.
