Want to gain height, taste Cassida life and be in the heart of the village?
This apartment is made for you!
Spacious duplex can accommodate up to 4 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms (double bed), one illuminated by its industrial glass roof, the other, upstairs offers private bathroom and toilet and access to a superb Tropezian with a view of Cassis.
A second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet will accommodate the residents downstairs.

Whatever space you choose, you can have lunch, dinner, or an aperitif under the open sky, the large bay window on the first floor allows maximum opening, and the Tropezian terrace offers a sublime view of the water and its hills.

Heavenly view

We enjoyed our stay at the Cassis apartment immensely. It was just a short walk to the heart of everything. The views from the master terrace and the family room were heavenly. We will always remember our stay at this slice of Paradise, and we hope to come back and stay again one day. Thank you!

Très bien situé proche du port, proche des débuts de randonnée, proche de la plage. Logement bien équipé, très bon accueil, propriétaire attentif.

Great location and rental experience

The apartment is very close to Cassis town center and beach. Very convenient to walk to shops, restaurants and beach activities. It has a lot of climbing up and down though since it’s on 3rd floor without an elevator. The driving and parking in Cassis town was not easy. The road-side loading spots near the apartment were always occupied when we needed. Good the apartment has a free parking permit in a parking garage down the street. The garage itself was a bit challenging to drive in and out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small. The downstair bathroom always has some sewer smell, and the upstairs bedroom ceiling is too low. My 13 year old bumped his head when he got up. But the view of the apartment is truly amazing. The rental agent (Evelyne) is very nice and easy to communicate. For checking in, she waited in front of the building to meet and greet us, and showed us around the apartment. Overall we have a good experience.

SO convenient and a great view!

Loved staying here! Just steps away from the port and everything we wanted. The view was outstanding. Especially at night when the castle was illuminated and the church bells would ring! Only problem is the parking is off a one-way street and GPS couldn't get us there. Luckily the caretaker met us in person and helped me drive a round-about way to get to the parking. I highly, highly recommend this fabulous apartment. So comfortable, filled with every amenity and the view and location are The Best!!

Gemütliches Apartment, zentral gelegen

Die Maisonette-Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock (war uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst) eines Mehrfamilienhauses aus den 70er Jahren, das leider keinen Aufzug hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet einen Blick auf Cap Canaille und einen Teil des Hafens. Auf jeder Etage gibt’s einen Schlafbereich mit einem 1,40-Bett sowie je ein Bad mit Dusche/WC (oben etwas niedrige Deckenhöhe). Der Parkplatz der Wohnung ist in einem Parkhaus, das nur 1 min entfernt liegt. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

My wife and I stayed here for four days and had a great time. The location is outstanding, only a few minutes walk to the port, town and restaurants. The apartment also has excellent views from the first floor dining area of the water and many other surrounding sights. My only complaint would be that the upstairs has a very low beam across the bedroom and bathroom that make it inconvenient for tall people. There is another bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Overall I would recommend if for a stay in Cassis!

Séjour génial

Quelques jours sous le soleil de Cassis, l'appartement est idéalement situé à 2 pas du port et l'aménagement est très bien. Audrey est très accueillante. On sait où aller lors de notre prochain séjour à Cassis !

Emplacement privilégié

L’appartement est refait à neuf avec beaucoup de goût . Du salon, on profite de la vue sur la ville et la mer et la terrasse sur les toits est magique. Le parking en centre-ville est top . Bref, tout est au top !
