Ultra chic cozy newly finished guest house in the center of Nashville's new foodie oasis in McFerrin Park! Soak in the west coast vibes with polished concrete floors, serene white walls, and luxurious furnishings! Sink into our plush queen bed for the sleep of dreams! Walking distance to Folk, Sean Brock's Audrey, and his newest, June, Wilbur Street Tavern, Red Headed Stranger, and more!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This guest cottage was the perfect place to stay just minutes outside of Nashville! The description was accurate. We were close to everything, it was clean, comfortable and the host, Neal was great with communication right from the start. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. A very pleasant stay.

COCKROACHES in the couch, saw one in the bathroom. Makes me sick we stayed for 3 nights and found them as we were putting the pullout bed back together. I loved using VRBO and this is the only bad experience I have had with a stay, but it's REAL bad. Place was real real small and had poor air circulation they had a fan but it didn't work. Hate to leave a bad review but..

Cozy stay in East Nashville

A quick trip to Nashville, this was great location for easy trip to city without being in the middle of action ( which we prefer). Lots of great food options walkable and well equiped kitchen.

Nashville business trip

We were very pleased with our stay. It was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and downtown Nashville. The place was stocked with the essentials and was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as the pictures showed. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Nashville. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect

Me and my wife cane here to stay for our honeymoon trip to Nashville, and this place was perfect! Close enough to everything but just far enough to be out of the main city. The Red Headed Stranger was close enough to walk to and had great food as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We got in early and checked on early check in and it worked which was much appreciated. Easy Uber to Broadway and anywhere else we went.
