Vacation rental 10 minutes from Port Dienville. 7 km from Brienne-le-Château, 10 km from the Forêt d'Orient Lakes, and 48 km from Troyes; a detached house on enclosed property. First floor: fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, which features a dining area and a lounge area; one double bedroom (140x190 bed); bathroom with walk-in shower; 2 separate toilets. Upstairs: one double bedroom (160x200 bed), one twin bedroom (2 single beds). Gas heating available at an additional cost (€6 per m³) year-round; electricity included. Towels and sheets provided. Beds made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning fee: 15€. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: 10 km from Port Dienville, the largest body of water dedicated to water sports and swimming. Lake Der is 20 km away; Nigloland Amusement Park is 10 km away. The Champagne vineyards are 15 km away. Numerous opportunities for walks in the forest.
