Villa Saint Nicolas

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It is a short walk to the sea and to the charming seaside town of Benodet. The house has everything we needed, with a great pool and modern feel. The hosts were very helpful and charming. This was a lovely place for our first family holiday.

Beautiful property, quiet location and within walking distance

A fantastic property in a quiet location. We had a lovely welcome upon arrival and were shown around the property. Easy walk to the beach and into the centre of town. The heated pool was perfect for the amazing weather we had. The villa was super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Would love to stay again and try the property with the hot tub next time!

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa is really nice. Well equipped and modern We had a lovely welcome from Olivier The pool and outside space is excellent The neighbourhood is really quiet and exclusive but is very handy for Benodet. Letty beach is a few minutes walk - pretty much all traffic free paths and the town is 15 or 20 minutes walk also mostly off road Benodet is a great place with lots of lovely beaches of all types. Parking was easy and free everywhere

Beautiful

The property is beautifully decorated and the swimming pool is an additional bonus. The area around is very quiet with plenty of works for our little dog. Some milk and bread would have been lovely but the cider left went down well with my husband and son in law. The beds, pillows and bedding need attention as they were not good quality.

Unser 3-wöchiger Aufenthalt war ein herrliches Erlebnis. Wir fühlten uns im tollen Haus, das in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel liegt, sehr wohl. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war super. Das Haus ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Zudem ist Bénodet ein idealer Ferienort mit vielen guten Restaurants.

Séjour très agréable. Logement en tous points conforme à la description et bien équipé. Très belle terrasse à l'abri des regards. Proche de la mer par un petit sentier qui longe le petit clos tranquille dans lequel est situé la maison.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren Mitte Mai für eine Woche in der Villa Saint Nicolas. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang von Oliver war sehr herzlich und ungezwungen. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber , alles ist nocv relativ neu und auch optisch sehr absprechend. Der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich ist ein Highlight. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und haben jeden Tag draußen gegessen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und grün. Es ist wunderschön zu laufen, direkt vom Haus aus, da man fußläufig schnell zum Mer Blanc oder nach Bènodet rein kommt. Absolute Empfehlung. Viele Grüße, Birgit, Abdreas und Danka

Perfekter Urlaub

Der Bungalow ist sehr gut eingerichtet , modern und komfortabel . Highlight ist sicher der beheizte Pool und die sehr schöne Terrasse . Die Lage ist absolut ruhig . Zum Strand braucht man ca 12 Minuten zu Fuß .Fahrradwege zum Meer und nach Benodet sind toll gemacht . Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen !
