Sunny warm private secure apartment

You'll enjoy your stay with seniors Lenore & Paul who provide good hospitality. This has been my home for 30 years and you're welcome to stay and enjoy yourself. There are no steps and the apt is tiled throughout. The pool is private and you will have your own patio and driveway for 2 cars. Most guests stay are comfortable and pleasantly satisfactory in this 550 sq ft apartment.
The apt is attached to the house and there are no other guests besides those in the apt.
The neighborhood (Northdale) is 5 mins away from all conveniences e.g. shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, the Y, parks with walking trails, movies, Sam's, elementary school, high school.
20 minutes from Tampa International airport ( TIA).
Minutes from hospitals, doctor's and dentist's offices.
25 mins to Moffit Cancer Center.
30 minutes to the beaches
25 minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.(water theme park)
60 mins to Walt Disney towards Orlando on I-4.
30 mins to Raymond James stadium, home of the Buccaneers.
35 mins to Tampa Bay Lightning arena ( hockey ).
40 mins toThe Tampa Bay Rays (baseball) Tropicana field. The vision is to make Tampa a sports hub.
20 mins to the University of South Florida (USF) main campus.
35 mins toTampa University.
Several other colleges have satellite campuses in Tampa.

There are many other tourist attractions in the area and people are relatively friendly and laid back.

Very accommodating hosts!

Lee and Paul went out of their way to make sure we had a good time during our stay. They even took time from their day to drive us around Tarpon Springs and make wonderful recommendations for places to eat. We really enjoyed our time with them and using their place.

Great place. Paul is an awesome landlord. Recommended restaurants and places to go. The apartment is small, but very efficient and the large covered patios with pool, BBQ, TV and fire pit was all we needed. Close to Bush Gardens (18 min) and other places. Will book again here.

Fun Family Vacation

Good Value

Paul and Lee are friendly and attentive hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed when my husband injured himself, providing us a walker and checking up on the “patient.” Because of the economical pricing of the unit, we were able to enjoy an extended stay and especially appreciated sunning and relaxing on the spacious patio. Thank you for a peaceful getaway!

Sunny and Warm With Paul and Lenore

This was my first VRBO. Experience . and I don't believe anyone could top Pauls care of guests. From booking my stay on the VRBO web site... it was easy to locate a participating VRBO space to accomodate a class I was participating in locally about a mile away from Pauls home..making it easy to come and go from his truely sunny and warm spot in Tampa!! ..Paul made sure we knew everything about his accompdations and the surrounding area and he and the Mrs. Extended all the kindnesses possible to make our stay enjoyable! La piscine exterieure n était pas chauffe elle était à 70f nous sommes allés pour relaxer et se baigner et on n a pas pu et il n y avait pas de salon interieur alors le soir il faisait pas chaud pour rester dehors alors a 20:00 on était rentré dans la maison assis à la table de cuisine ou dans nos chambres mais a part cela l hôte était accueillant et l endroit très tranquille

Tampa Get-Away!

Great place to stay that is close to all the best activities Tampa Bay has to offer: from white-sandy beaches to golfing to city nights on the Tampa Riverwalk. Paul and Lee are the perfect hosts. They are friendly and accommodating. From Day 1 and through out my stay, I always felt welcome and secure in this wonderful apartment that had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Excellent place to stay.

Paul and Lee were very good hosts. They were very helpful in giving us information on places to visit and see and where to shop close by. Paul even took us around the area and showed us places of interest. They also gave us a few different foods to try. On our first night there they invited us over to hear Paul play piano, he is awesome. It is a very good place to stay and we will go back if we visit down there again.

Tampa Florida trip

The host were very nice and accommodating. Mr. Chin recommended a wonderful restaurant to us. The Sacred Pepper and it was in a close proximity to where we were staying. We didn't use the pool due to the weather not being quiet warm enough. But we had everything we needed and a washer and dryer available for use. We also used the grill daily.
