The Cap Marine residence, located a stone's throw from the swing bridge at the entrance to Les Capellans, offers apartments facing the marina with access to a shared swimming pool.

This seaside rental, on the 3rd floor, features a living room with a sofa bed for two and a television, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area in the entrance with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A terrace with outdoor furniture is also included.

The advantages of this seaside rental: television, private parking, washing machine, ceiling fan, shared swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th), and proximity to the town center and the beach.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.

cet appartement pour 5pers trés peu de vaisselle,pas de clim palmes au plafond insuffisantes!

la residence sympa ,le gardien trés pro ,mais pour l'inventaire ce serait bien que l'agence foncia accompagne. Nous avons beaucoup souffert de la chaleur!

Avis

Le propriétaire, par le biais de l’agence, devrait préciser qu’il y un gardien et/ou un syndic de copropriété qui fait la police à toutes heures de la journée. Les moindres faits et gestes sont épiés et vous avez ces gens sur le dos à chaque instant passé près de la piscine et dans les communs de la résidence. C’était insupportable. Malgré le forfait ménage qui nous est facturé, nous avons dû sortir aspirateur, balais pour nettoyer à notre goût. Le canapé lit était démonté, il nous a fallu une bonne heure pour tout rectifier, quand à la vaisselle, nous avons du tout relaver pour manger avec des couverts propres. Heureusement que la vue est belle, sans ça nous aurions pu parler d’une semaine gâchée.
