Very comfortable 3 room apartment on the 4th floor of the 'Dents Rousses' apartment building. The apartment is 103 m2, generously laid out, and has a large balcony on the southern side, one balcony to the northern side and a open loggia. Beautiful view of the mountains in the south and the Rhone valley in the north. The living / dining room offers access to internet via LAN, TV, DVD, hi-fi, bar and an open fireplace. Free underground parking.


First class skiing and hiking area: Beautiful skiing and hiking region! Overnight tours available (huts). In summer: sunrise on the Mont Fort (3.330 m) -an experience not to be missed.
250 kilometres of walks to reach the summits. Discover the natural wealth of the region at your own pace. The paths that run alongside the Bisses (ancient open water pipes) have the advantage of being relatively flat, passing through very varied locations and always providing surprising detours through the valleys, villages and mountains.

Perfect summer getaway

Though Sion, the city below Nendaz, had temperatures in excess of 30C, Siviez had temperate weather suitable for the enjoyment of the outdoors. This flat has all the conveniences one would hope for: well-equipped kitchen, spacious layout, comfortable sofas, and two washrooms. Those who do not know the area should note that there is no grocery in Siviez, though there is a restaurant open breakfast through dinner in the building. This was my third time staying for one week and I hope to return for a two-week stay in the future.

Second weeklong stay in summer at this meticulously maintained apartment. Everything in excellent order: 5G wifi, kitchen, etc. Restaurant dining available only steps away. Immediate access to trails: bisses, ridges, and peaks await you. A perfect summer getaway spot.

Inmitten von 4vallees! Somit der beste Ort, um an alle Ecken des Gebiets zu gelangen. Die Wohnung war grosszügig und hell. Ein toller Platz für uns 4 mit viel Sport, viel Spiel und schönen Erlebnissen.

Great apartment

This a large lodging with a well-outfitted kitchen and outstanding access to trails. Those not familiar with the area may not know that they will need to go to Haute-Nendaz for groceries, but the quiet of Siviez outweighs that small inconvenience. Wifi is also super. Highly recommended.

EINFACH PERFEKT!!!

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar, zu Fuss nur ein paar Minuten von den Skiliften entfernt. Sie ist geräumig und wirklich in einem exzellenten Zustand: Zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (eines hat noch ein zusätzliches Klapp- sowie ein Gitterbett), ein grosses Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC, ein zweites, separates WC mit Lavabo, eine offene Küche, die keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt, ein grosser Esstisch, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, drei Balkone, Cheminée, zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit für 2 weitere Personen im Wohn-/Esszimmer. Skiraum mit zwei abschliessbaren Schränken im EG, vor der Wohungstür Schränke für die Skischuhe. Autoabstellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, es hat einen DVD-Player, einen Fernseher, zahlreiche DVD und CD sowie Bücher. Im EG zwei Restaurants; bei den Skiliften ein kleiner Supermarkt, ansonsten gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten in Nendaz. Siviez (Super-Nendaz) selber ist wunderbar gelegen; die Liftanlagen gehen in drei verschiedene Richtungen (Gentiane/Mont-Fort - Verbier, Nendaz, Thyon). Im Winter ist ein Zufahrt auf den Skiern bis zum Haus möglich. Das Skigebiet der "Quatre Vallées" ist eine absolute Wucht! Fazit: Jederzeit wieder; wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht und freuen uns sehr.

Unsere Skiferien

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Stube ist sehr gross und hell mit einer super Aussicht auf die Bergen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Einzig einen Haarfön konnten wir nicht finden. Sandra konnte uns einen ausleihen. Sie hat uns die ganze Woche einen freundlichen und zuverlässigen Service geboten.

Ach was für eine schöne Wohnung

Viele Wohnungen hatten wir schon bisher erlebt. Aber diese ist unser Favoit: Sehr geräumig, gemülich, hell und direkt an Piste und nicht weit zur Skischule. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

In dieser Wohnung stimmen den Mieter die Ausstattung, die Einrichtung mit Inventar und die schöne Größe zum Erholen. Es paßt mit der Beschreibung bestens überein und läßt den Mieter nach anstrengenden Skitagen zum Entspannen kommen. Eine Tiefgarage ist auch angenehm bei Schneefall. Der Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und regelt alles zum Besten. Wir werden uns wohl nochmal anmelden.

Zwei wunderbare Urlaube in Siviez

Im Mai diesen Jahres waren wir zum ersten Mal in dieser schönen, großzügigen Wohnung in herrlicher Umgebung und haben uns dort so wohl gefühlt, dass wir davon träumten, mit unseren Enkeln aus Amerika auch einmal hierher zu kommen. Im Juli hat sich dieser Traum dann schon erfüllt, und wie erwartet waren auch unsere Enkel aus Williamsburg, Virginia, restlos begeistert von allem: der schönen Wohnung, der großartigen Kulisse, den wunderschönen Wanderungen, die wir ab Haus unternahmen. Auch der Tag am Genfer See, nur knapp über eine Stunde entfernt, war mit auf dem Programm und bot eine schöne Abwechslung. Wie gut es den beiden Teenagern gefallen hat bezeugen ihre spontanen Kommentare: This condominium at Siviez is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. There’s nothing quite like waking up to the rushing waters of the stream along with the bells from the cows being herded. Not to mention that the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quite spacious. The views are what really get to you though with mountains surrounding you on all sides and the fact that they never look exactly the same. Overall this is a wonderful place for a vacation in the mountains with plenty of things to do! Alex (16), Williamsburg, Virginia, USA I really loved the views from this condominium, seeing the mountains first thing in the morning was absolutely spectacular. Siviez is a very small town, but there is so much to do. There are so many great hiking trails and you’re right at the bottom of a chair lift. I thought that the condo itself on the inside was very nice and felt cosy. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the dining\living room was great as well. Ein toller Urlaub!

Wir haben gerade einen sehr schönen Skiurlaub in Siviez verbracht. Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie war für uns mit 3 Kindern ideal! Ein ganz grosses Plus war der Parkplatz in der Garage, da es zwischendurch stark geschneit hat und ausserdem nachts ziemlich kalt wurde. Die Kinder waren in der Skischule in Siviez und sind sehr gut betreut worden. Wir mussten nie irgendwo lang anstehen und konnten so das Skigebiet voll auskosten. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Diese gepflegte Ferienwohnung können wir wirklich nur sehr empfehlen. Wie immer haben wir alles in hervorragendem Zustand angetroffen und uns sehr gut erholen können. Super Wohnung

Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestatte und sehr geraumige Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal für Wintersport und wanderen sowohl im Sommer als im Winter. Ideal für die aktive Ferien und Menschen die Ruhe anerkennen, so keine Disco etc. Wir sehen jetzt schon aus nach der nächste Ferien.
