Discover the perfect mountain getaway at Park Avenue Hideaway, a charming vacation home rental nestled in a townhome community on a public golf course in Park City, Utah. This ideally located retreat boasts access to fantastic amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, and hot tub for your enjoyment. This is a spacious Park City iconic old townhome with over 2,000 sq ft of living space for the whole family to enjoy!

Conveniently situated within walking distance of Starbucks, Fresh Market, UPS store, Rite Aid, and a variety of restaurants, Park Avenue Hideaway offers a central location near downtown and Park City Mountain resort. Additionally, it is located on the free city public route, making it easy to explore all that Park City has to offer eliminating the need for a car rental.

This spacious townhome accommodates up to 9 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a cozy loft bedroom, providing ample space for your group. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, double bed, and twin beds, all complemented by flat-screen TVs for your entertainment. After a day of adventure, unwind in front of the wood-burning fireplace or gather around the dining table that comfortably seats 8 for a delightful meal.

Park Avenue Hideaway is also pet-friendly, ensuring that your furry companions can join in on the fun. Experience the ultimate mountain escape at this inviting Park City vacation home rental.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras may be installed in outdoor areas such as entrances, driveways, and garages. These devices are used for property protection, occupancy verification, and safety monitoring. There are no cameras or recording devices located inside the home or in any private interior spaces.

Property was located easy to walk to stores, coffee shops, Main Street. Needs a little updating but was fine for our needs with 4 adults & 3 kids. No air conditioning FYI (most Park City places do not have a/c) but we hit a warm spell & was a little warm sleeping - but there were several fans available to use. Nice to have a carport. Best of all the Apres property mgmt company was the best I have ever encountered. Continued to keep us updated on everything since the day I made the reservation- including any needs we had, (none), local events,traffic, etc. Gave us an early check-in (with a fee). It is a pet friendly property & initally we were bringing a dog, but ended up not bringing one. Overall a great property for the location & price.

Property is in a good location for access to bus line. While the property is dated, it is clean with large bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, and a very well equipped kitchen for cooking when diners out get to expensive.

Great location for skiing. Short walk to bus stop. Large kitchen table was good for the 7 of us and same for couch, love seat and easy chair in den.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay in Park City. Great communication with the management. Although the weather wasn’t warm, the pool was heated and we also enjoyed the hot tub, which was nice. For the price of the place, it was a good stay.

The condo's location is one of the best with close proximity to Fresh Market and other stores. It also is well situated for catching the bus to slopes or waling up, if need be.

Decent clean house with great big kitchen

This rental got the job done and was great for our family of 6. The kitchen was large and good for some cooking. The beds were decent with a foam mattress in the master. There were more than enough pillows.

Fantastic location in Park City, Utah

This is an older property, very well maintained. The location is fantastic! Walk accross the street to full market and Walgreens. Bus shuttles on the main street in front of complex. Easy driving to Canyon Village ski area. Upper Canyon Village georgeous newer ski area, lovely shops and restaurants.

Great location and perfect for easy access to slopes and shopping.

Our family of 4 found this condo last minute for a spring break ski vacation. It had everything we needed and complimented our two adults and two teens with space and comfort. The garage kept our car out of the elements and we were a 5 minute drive away from Park City Mountain Village. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and fire place. Property management was responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns. Definitely will book again for next spring break.

Park Avenue Hideout was Outstanding

Our family of 7 adults spent 9 great days at the Park Avenue Hideout. The unit was very comfortable for all of us and nicely appointed with all of the amenities we needed during our stay. The bus stop was just steps away which provided easy access to PC mtn, the Canyons and downtown PC. Grocery store was across the street. The hot tub provided much needed relief and relaxation after a long day on the slopes. Bill & Dawn from Chicago
