Superb villa with a heated swimming pool of 160m located 600m from the beach and 300m from all amenities. Ideal for families who enjoy holidays on foot or by bike with cycle paths and forest also very close. Comprising 6 bedrooms, including 2 en suite, it will easily accommodate 11 people who will enjoy, depending on the season, the 12mx4m pool or the open fireplace. Large fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with storage in each, not to mention the terrace which can also serve as a solarium if desired. 2 shared bathrooms. The pool is heated from 15/04 to 30/09, dates to be refined depending on the years and outdoor temperature. Contact us if you want more details. Internet connection and television via decoder linked to internet box. The garage is not accessible. Bed and household linen is included in the cleaning package. Depending on your booking period, a tourist tax may be applicable and charged additionally according to modalities that depend on your booking channel.
