This crossing apartment facing the sea consists of an entrance leading to a bedroom with a double bed and a bay window giving access to the terrace, a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds and window, a shower room, a WC independent, a kitchen area equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and dishwasher, a spacious living room with two sofas, a large wall-mounted TV and a terrace on the east side offering a view facing the sea.
The equipment is of high quality, the apartment is clean and functional.
Household linen, cleaning service and tourist tax are not included in the price.
Rented with a garage in the basement.
Free collective Wifi connection.
