Welcome to the outbuilding of the Courts Champs estate!<br>Establishment classified as a 5-star furnished tourist accommodation<br><br>Its strategic and central location will allow you to visit the many Normandy riches. We are located 20 minutes from the first beaches of the famous Côte Fleurie and its famous seaside resorts such as Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur, Houlgate, Cabourg...).<br><br>You will stay in a cosy and totally renovated Normandy maisonette of 35 m2, combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern! Wifi (fibre optic) is available.<br><br>Its design:<br><br>On the first floor:<br>- a living room<br>- a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink (open room but possibility of closing thanks to blinds and curtains for more privacy)<br>- a separate toilet<br>- a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge with frizz, combined microwave oven, 2-burner induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, crockery, etc.) with dining area (folding table and two chairs).<br>- a partially enclosed garden with a covered terrace and garden furniture, a barbecue<br>- a private parking space near the maisonette<br><br>Access to the mezzanine by a "miller" type staircase (with safety railing).<br><br>MEZZANINE<br>- a very comfortable bed of 160x200 with television (some channels available depending on what the antenna receives)<br>- a freestanding bathtub next to the bed<br><br>This accommodations are a small cocoon ideal for lovers. Unique and perfect place to celebrate your special occasions.<br><br>The maisonette can be rented alone or with the large mansion located on the estate.
