Appartement neuf très agréable, climatisé, en rez de jardin dans un petit immeuble de 1 étage, parfaitement au calme et avec une vue sur la mer, meublé avec goût , bénéficiant d’une cuisine très équipée de 2 terrasses ( une petite au niveau de la chambre et une grande attenant au salon et donnant sur le jardin. Terrasse couverte se continuant sur une belle terrasse en bois, pour admirer le coucher du soleil de son transat . La plage de sable fin est accessible à pied ( environ 700 m). Proche de st Florent pour aller manger une glace sur le port et merveilleux départ pour découvrir le cap corse . des ballades sont possibles a pied ou en vélo à partir de la location. A 30 min en voiture de Bastia . Parking gratuit et privé
