A Gem located in the heart of Scottsdale by Venues, Shopping,

Our Home away from home! This Second Story Condo, is a bright and roomy split floor plan with a nice balcony and view of one of the pools. We are located in a Quiet Gated Community. Once you enter and go up the stairs the Primary bedroom and En suite is on the right side and the additional two bedrooms and additional bath on the other side with a roomy living room and kitchen in the middle. We have a 65" Smart TV in the living room, a 55" Smart TV in the Primary bedroom and 50" TV's in the other 2 Bedrooms. There is High Speed Internet throughout the house and cable TV in the Living Room. We offer Garage Parking for 1 Car plus free onsite parking if you have a second car. We are located less than one mile from Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. We are 1/2 Mile from Giants Scottsdale Stadium, 11 miles from the Diamond Backs Chase Field, 12 Miles from TCP Scottsdale and 12 miles from West World for Barrett Jackson!! Other golfing is everywhere. Camel Back Mountain for hiking, zoo, aquarium, fun for everyone!

Stella house is a very nice, modern condo close to old town Scottsdale. The three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms worked well for our girls weekend! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for us! Plenty of space and everything was spotless. The owner was a fantastic communicator the entire time. Location is within walking distance to tons of stuff as well.

First Class all the Way

My family and I stayed at the property from April 23-30th. What an incredible place to stay. Clean, comfortable, great location, all the amenities you need. Pool was right outside the patio. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.Brian was an incredible host. Great communication, check in process was simple. The first evening we were there, the AC was not working properly. After contacting him, he had someone out there that evening to fix it. Worked great the entire time we were there.We are already talking about coming back next year. Hopefully for a longer stay. Great value for the money. Highly recommended this property.

Absolutely Perfect Scottsdale Getaway!

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this condo in Scottsdale, and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home — clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable — close to great restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and just a short drive to Old Town.The condo itself was peaceful and quiet, with a lovely patio for morning coffee and evening wine. We also really appreciated the little touches: fast Wi-Fi, super comfy beds, and great communication from the host.If you’re looking for a stylish, relaxing place to stay in Scottsdale, this is it. Already planning our return!

It was so easy to communicate with the host and everything was as listed. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the little touches like having cabinets labeled.The beds were comfortable, we loved that every room had a fan and TV. We liked the location, it suited our needs. During our stay, the garbage truck rolled through at 5:45am on a Sunday. That was the noisiest thing that happened. We all agreed it was a 10/10 stay.

Fun golf trip week stay

This is a wonderful, centrally located place to stay for a great getaway. Spacious and very clean, this home away from home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, golf courses and all the modern conveniences, we found it the perfect spot for our vacation. The pool was lovely, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Easy communication with the owner topped it off. We highly recommend this property. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This place was exactly what we needed while staying in AZ! The location was perfect; very accessible to the different parts of the city we needed to visit. Very clean with a washer and dryer and a nice kitchen. We'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed for four nights while visiting family for Thanksgiving. From the initial contact with the owner until we drove away, everything was above and beyond. We are empty Nester's nearing retirement and like to vacation in Arizona. We frequently came for Golf or Spring Training Baseball games and decided to purchase a place of our own instead of using hotels constantly. We are so excited to have this wonderful home away from home to enjoy when we come now. We can just relax at home or go out to eat or go to the casino it's all about options. We look forward to sharing our home with you we know you will love the location and can find lots to do here.

We were so happy to find this Gem in a great location and gated community. We loved the open concept split bedroom floor plan, so we still have our privacy even if we invite friends to stay with us. We Love the location for several reasons: Old Town Scottsdale, shopping, restaurants as well as several venues we frequent are close by. We can always find something to do if we want, or just have a staycation and enjoy the Patio and pool. We want to share our home with others when we aren't enjoying it for ourselves. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This gated community is such a great location and then to find this gem with an open floor plan and nice view from the patio sealed it for us. We love sitting on the patio in the evening and enjoying a beverage and relax after a day of shopping or whatever. Live, Laugh, Relax is what this is all about.
