About this property

5 minutes walk from the beach of Lecques, our pretty house welcomes you!

Need sun and calm just a stone's throw from the sea and the main summer activities? Ideal for 2 couples or a family (4 people), our new cottage with its garden and terrace will be perfect for your stay in one of the most popular areas of Saint-Cyr-les-Lecques.

Our cottage is a large 50 m2 T2 composed of a bedroom (140x200 bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower) & separate toilet, a living room area that can be converted (140x200 sofa bed) into a sleeping area, a fitted kitchen area and an outdoor terrace with garden.
Located on the same property as our main house, it is a completely independent house.

FULLY EQUIPPED
Flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven with child safety, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, garden table, crockery.

The kitchen opens onto the dining area. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people and a large closet. The bedroom has a large closet and communicates with the bathroom and toilet. The whole opens onto the outdoor terrace, accessible by 2 large bay windows.

- The calm of the neighborhood in a family and friendly spirit, with immediate proximity to the main amenities, beach, entertainment and natural spaces are the major assets of our charming little house.

Not provided: Your towels and beach towels are not included.

Provided: Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, tea towels and bath mats are provided and included in the rental.

PARKING
A free parking space is reserved for you in front of the house. Most trips (shopping, beach access, restaurants, city center, etc.) can be done on foot.

HOUSEHOLD
Plan for cleaning at the end of your stay by returning it clean when you leave.

CB imprint of €800 made when you book.

Our house is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and rentals are reserved for those over 25 years old. Completely independent (house alone and demarcated exterior), it is located on the same property as the owners.

Nice stay during easter

We Had a a very pleasant stay in this tiny and very well kept house. There ist all you need, even including a dishwasher, which makes life easier when you are on holidays. Short walking distance to the beach. We would definetly stay again here.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit Terrasse

Wir haben 3 schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Davina verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (10 min zu Fuß zum Strand) und dennoch in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, die Ausstattung neuwertig. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Davina war jederzeit möglich und immer sehr nett. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! immer sehr

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Wir verbrachten im Juli 2024 wundervolle 2 Wochen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und immer ansprechbar, wenn es ein Anliegen gab (was selten der Fall war.) Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, dennoch erreicht man den Strand mit Gastronomieangeboten schnell zu Fuß. Auch der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Wir können die Ferienunterkunft guten Gewissens absolut weiterempfehlen.

Localisation idéale à 3 minutes de tout : plage, restaurants, et divers commerces. Maisonnette parfaitement équipée et vraiment agréable, au calme avec un extérieur qui vous séduira.
