Ocean Breeze is your ideal Destin condo in Sterling Shores, just steps from our private Gulf of Mexico Beach. Sterling Shores Resort offers two fabulous pools, a 4,300-square-foot Lagoon-style Resort Pool with a large mushroom spray fountain; and a Gulf Front Pool, seasonally heated, in our Sterling Shores Private Beach Club, Our Club has restroom facilities, and a seasonal refreshment/snack bar. Also onsite is an impressive 24-hour fitness workout facility, community BBQ grills (fueled by natural gas), and picnic tables located to the side of the lagoon pool.

*Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025

Our Ocean Breeze vacation home features the following:

*Spacious and welcoming condo with a large balcony and lounge area perfect for relaxing or dining
*Fully equipped kitchen with dining table seating for eight and additional bar seating
*Living room with oversized sectional
*Master suite with king bed, ample storage, Smart TV with cable, and private bathroom
*Guest bedroom with king bed and built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, plus a bathroom and TV
*Full size washer and dryer included for your convenience
*Adjoining studio available for larger groups—(king bed and kitchenette) the joining door remains locked unless both are booked

*Please note ongoing construction at Sterling Shores

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Updated condo with a great view!

The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable! I loved the couch, large tv and seating options! The balcony was large and had a pretty view. The only negative was the pressure washing and painting outside of the condo.

Family Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location with private beach access. Condo was as described in listing, clean and well stocked. Our only complaints are with things that happened outside of the condo and on Sterling Shores property. Sterling Shores is advertised as a smoke free facility and that is not enforced. Several times we had to come in from our balcony due to the smell of marijuana. We also experienced people smoking in the pool area. The pool constantly had floating debris in it and even beer cans at one point. The current construction did not bother us, workers were polite and respectful as we passed by.

Beautiful Clean Property Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the pool and beach. Amazing views and a great place to relax. It was so nice to walk to restaurants and ice cream shop. No beach towels provided so plan for that. Cooking pans need to be replaced, non stick surface was damaged and all scratched up. I am sure it is very hard to keep non stick pans in good condition in a rental. I didn't love that the listing said check in was 4pm but the contract said 5pm. It wasn't a huge deal for us since we arrived after 5pm due to long drive, but I didn't think that was good customer service. We had an issue with smoke alarms, we called management company at 7pm and were told someone would be out in the morning. We purchased batteries and tried to replace that night but that didn't solve the problem. The maintenance man came in the morning to replace the smoke alarms that went off all night. For the price I would have liked to see some help sooner. Wouldn't prevent me from renting again from this company, but I do think better customer service is possible.

Sterling shores condo

The condo was beautiful, neat and clean. The view from the balcony was of the ocean, property and pool we could see dolphins swimming around in the morning! There are no beach towels(they inform you of this) so we brought our own. Salt and pepper & coffee filters would have been nice to have. We were here mid April so the weather was 70-78 degrees, it was a bit on the cooler side to swim and the pool next to the beach, I believe was supposed to be heated but definitely was not. We swam everyday anyway and the access to the ocean was very convenient and the grounds are kept neat. Overall had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Our Destin Getaway

We have stayed at Sterling Shores before, but this is our first time in this unit. We were not disappointed! The view of the Gulf was absolutely amazing! Everything in the unit was very comfortable, clean and updated! We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay in #804

This condo is stunning. Gorgeous views of the gulf and the decor was beautiful as well. Very clean and well maintained. I was able to get ahold of the management company with no problem when I needed them. The owners left great start packs for coffee, laundry and dishwasher. There was plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook. Laundry room was spacious. Overall this room is an absolute gem ! Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back !

We appreciated the open floor plan, spacious laundry room, comfortable living room seating, and starter set of toiletries and household goods. Room for improvement: though they didn't look like it, the floors were DIRTY and our feet were black within an hour of checking in. The shower in the master bathroom would also benefit from having a door, as the water goes all over the floor. Fixing these issues would put this condo over the top!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bugs are found in several places including kitchen and bedroom. Hairs on the bed so make us feel that the bedding sheets were not changed. Since we stayed there for 6 days so we called management for additional kitchen roll because they only provided us one. However, they refuse to give more. Also call for additional laundry pods and dishwasher pods but we were told that they only provide us with 2 pods as sample but we stay there for 6 days so how 2 pods are enough?

This property is just as described and is truly a home in paradise. The condo was VERY clean and well maintained. The décor is modern and absolutely gorgeous! The views are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the outdoor lounge furniture to relax on the balcony. Great customer service and easy booking! We really liked using the hospitality app for all the information needed for our stay. Our family enjoyed The Back Porch restaurant as we could have an easy walk to eat or have drinks! A few other restaurants that we enjoyed were McGuire's Irish Pub, Louisiana Lagniappe, and Tuscany Italian Bistro! We loved going to The Track across the street for a fun evening. The property overall is very well maintained with large pools and pretty landscaping! We greatly recommend this property and can't wait to book again! Maid was still cleaning and running behind. Had to contact maintenance to get TV's working and also ice maker wasn't working and light outside front door was out. Everything was corrected in a timely manner. After the first day our stay was wonderful. Condo very clean and furnished lovely. View was the greatest and balcony was huge and furnished. Condo was in a great location and convenient to restaurants and candy/ice cream shop in walking distance. Easy to get a Uber/Lyft for places further away. Condo was spacious for five people and pool and beach were beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent condo

This was our favorite rental by far in Sterling Shores. Decor and furnishings were stylish and refined. Views from the unit were awesome. Check-in and check-out a breeze. Communication with rental company was prompt and very helpful.
