We are located across the street from the Backporch, beach front restaurant, as well as the Candymaker, both extremely popular for every Destin guest.

**Upcoming Building Improvements expected through February 2026**

The Sterling Shores Homeowners Association has begun an exterior weatherproofing project which started in June 2025 and is expected to be completed by February 2026. During this time, vacation rentals will remain fully operational, though guests may notice light activity around the property.

Work has begun on balconies and walkways, which may result in occasional noise and temporary closures of certain areas, including balconies of individual units. (Per the latest update from the contractor, The balcony of our unit will be fully available after December 10th.)

These improvements will not affect the interior of the condo, or beach access. The lagoon pool is closed for resurfacing from October 15th through November 10th. The beach pool and cabana will remain OPEN.
