Please note: we do NOT rent to student groups.

We are located at 13th & Central Ave in the North end. All new 2018: new kitchen, new bath and new hardwood floors. All new furniture. We are three blocks from the beach, our immaculate, second-floor north end condo offers three bedrooms including two full bathrooms and two parking spots. The walk to the beach does not require crossing any major roads, and we are just one block from downtown shops, key for families with young children like ours.

This is true beach living! The 13th street location is ideal for walking to the beach (6 beach tags included) and the boardwalk attractions. Beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart and beach umbrella are provided for guests.

Our living area is airy, sunny, and inviting, including a large flat screen TV with premium channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are three bedrooms: the master, room with queen bed and a room with bunk beds, twin and trundle for the kids. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided but there are many local companies that provide them. Our porch is off the living area and a great spot to relax and people-watch after spending the day at the beach.

This property is close to the beach (short walk) but in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Located towards the southern end of the boardwalk, there is less congestion but excellent access to everything.

Great Vacation Spot!

The condo looked exactly as pictured and was in a great location! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk and about 10 minute walk or less to many shops and restaurants. It was clean and supplied a beach cart full of beach stuff which was great not to have to pack those things. It was our first time to OCNJ and we will definitely be back!

We were very happy with our stay at Brianā€™s place. Communication right from the start to the end was great. Fantastic location on a quiet street and 2 blocks from beach and one block to Wawa! House is done very nice and is clean with a fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Week at the Beach

The location was perfect, it was quiet but close enough to easily walk to everything. The house was updated and clean, with the perfect beachy dƩcor to really feel like you are on vacation. The garage parking and access to the provided beach chairs, toys, wagon and bikes made it so much easier with kids. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great week!

Great place close to the beach!

Great location that is close to the beach and boardwalk. In less than 10 minutes youā€™re on the beach. The condo is really cute, updated and clean. The owners are great. We had a mishap where we accidentally locked the keys inside and the owner was amazingly helpful to get us back inside the condo. I was blown away with how helpful they were. Would definitely stay here again!
