- The 20 euros for cleaning, paid on booking, correspond to a final cleaning, so that the following tenants find the gîte in the same state of cleanliness as yourself.
- On departure, the accommodation must be left tidy, clean, dishes clean and tidy, garbage evacuated in the containers outside provided for this purpose.
- If you really don't want to do the cleaning, please let me know by email, a supplement will be requested.
- An internal regulation will be sent to you for more information after the reservation.

ONE NIGHT STAY: MANDATORY cleaning fee of 40.00 euros, payable on arrival and in cash euros.

We make the rooms available, depending on the number of people booking.
ex. :
- A couple = a room.
- Two separate people = "THE SUITE" (2 bedrooms, one with a 160X200 bed and another with a single bed, a shower room and a separate WC). If you want two 160 x 200 beds, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets, book for 3 people.
- Fourth bedroom and 3rd bathroom open for reservation of 5 people minimum.

In case of excessive electricity consumption, an electricity surcharge will be applied on site.
