The unit we stayed in was very well set up and easy to find everything. Were were able to the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. They were all clean and easy to operate. We had a great view of the ocean that afforded great sunsets and whale activity. Napili point is a great location. We enjoyed walks along the coastal trail and the beaches close by. Shopping is close and many restaurants nearby.

A relaxing get away

This property was just perfect for our relaxing get away. We loved the view of the ocean, the space the unit provided, the separate bedroom and having a washer and dryer. We had a couple items that needed repair and someone was there a short time later. Mahalo!

Nice location, obstructed view

This place was clean, relaxing, and located within walking distance to a sandy beach and an ocean bay with snorkleing that was slightly challenging to enter and exit. Turtles but limited fish to see. The view was nice from the pool and a path out to a point, but the view from the condo was obstructed by a metal fence. Some road noise and upstairs tenant noise. Nice restaurant next door. Would come back to condos located further out on the point with nicer views from the room.

Best location ever!

We’ve been to Maui over five times and stayed at some very fancy hotels as well. This may have been our best stay. The location was unmatched. We snorkeled in the bay right out our back door and saw so many turtles and fish. It was amazing! The amenities were also wonderful. Just to have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a cooler made our daily excursions so much more enjoyable. And an in unit washing machine…heaven. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for family

The Place was pristine clean upon arrival. The back yard is shared with the condo building so you share it with four or five other condos. It is completely fenced in and raised from the bottom grounds where the pool is at. Which means you have to walk out front door and around to get to pool, but there is also zero traffic behind your back door which is awesome. Nice and private. Had very fast internet with cable and smart tv so you can sign into your netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, etc. walking distance to Napili beach. Gorgeous bay views. Appliances are older and show some wear but everything is in excellent working order and kitchen was a good size for cooking for the family of 4. I am very picky about cleanliness and I was completely satisfied.

Great spot at turtle cove

We had a great stay here. There room was spacious and clean. No check-in issues. Everything worked. Great location, easy to get down to pool and the cove for snorkeling. We even had a big lawn right out our patio that was shared with only a few other units. Our only improvements would be to repair the fridge door handle (it wasn't hard to open and close without it though), add grilling tongs to the kitchen supplies, and do something better with the drying outlet (it had this lint trap that empty directly into the room, by design, and it really cranked up the humidity when we had to run it and opening the windows wasn't really enough to make it pleasant to be home while it was going).

Needs Upgrade, but Basic Cleaning?

We booked a 2 week stay at Napili Shores through VRBO. Upon arrival the kitchen had sand all over the floor, counters and fridge were also in need of a scouring. The bathroom also had sand in the tub, and a foul odor issued from under the sinks. I made arrangements for a thorough cleaning halfway through, and we left for the 2- hour period. But the housekeeper was “confused” and never showed. VRBO did offer to send someone the next day but I declined. The fee to clean an already-partially-dirty condo was almost $200, including taxes and fees. I was refunded the base price, minus the taxes and fees. We had a lovely ocean view from our living room and patio. Unfortunately the lawn was long and thick, and wasn’t mowed until the second Thursday of our visit. Ordinarily not a big deal but I’m recovering from a broken knee cap and can’t navigate uncertain surfaces well. All of the above, coupled with the construction on the condo above us beginning at 5:30am, didn’t make this our favorite lodging on Maui. I hope the next guests have a better experience.

Excellent location. Close to several beaches, restaurants, and the grocery store. Easy access to the bus. The property is right along Honokeana Bay, which has a wonderful array of sea life to view while snorkeling. There was heavy construction going on during the day in the unit next door. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay!
