Sea Haunts 1A | Gulf-Front Townhome in Blue Mountain Beach

Wake up to panoramic Gulf views and step directly onto the sugar-white sand from Sea Haunts 1A, a beautifully updated Gulf-front townhome located in a quiet stretch of Blue Mountain Beach along Scenic 30A. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and multiple outdoor spaces overlooking the water, this beachfront retreat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The first floor features a guest bedroom, a bunk room, and a full bathroom with a shower. From this level, you'll have convenient access to the beach path, making it easy to move between the home and the shoreline throughout the day. An outdoor shower and gas grill add convenience after a day spent on the beach.

The second floor serves as the heart of the home, offering an open-concept living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows frame beautiful Gulf views, creating a bright and inviting space to gather, prepare meals, or simply relax after a day in the sun. A second full bathroom is also located on this level.

The third floor is home to the primary suite, which features Gulf views and a private balcony where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the water from sunrise to sunset. This level also includes the fourth bedroom, with both rooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV for added comfort during your stay.

Guests can enjoy direct beach access just steps away, along with access to a community pool. The home's location places you within easy reach of Blue Mountain Beach's popular restaurants, coffee shops, local boutiques, and scenic bike paths, while still offering a quieter setting away from the busier areas of 30A.

Your stay at Sea Haunts 1A also includes Xplorie's complimentary activities program, featuring one admission per day to select local attractions and experiences. Enjoy golf, dolphin cruises, bike rentals, mini golf, water park access, and more during your visit.

Please Note: Complimentary Xplorie activities are only available for reservations of 1–28 consecutive nights. Stays of 29 nights or longer are not eligible for these complimentary activities.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods

Very pleased with the view and location of the property. Was a little disappointed with some of the small details that could be easily addressed. None of the TVs worked when we arrived which wasn’t a huge deal considering we’re not there to watch TV. Did not have access to the gym like advertised. Had a water leak in the ceiling that maintenance said was a repeated problem. Bring your own beach supplies. First place I’ve rented that didn’t even have basic beach stuff like chairs. Had to take care of a few bugs crawling around. Just several small things that could be easily avoided.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was amazing!!! The house set up again amazing! This isn’t a dig but the house is a little outdated. It could use a few things to fix it up. I would have liked to see a few more amenities like dish towels,pot holders, pizza cutter. There was only one role of toilet paper in each bathroom for our family of 9 and one roll of paper towels. Would have been nice for an extra trash bag and an extra roll of TP. Again not a big things just a few little. Overall this place was very good!! I would recommend

The host was accessible throughout stay. Condo was very close to the beach and had a wonderful view. The condo was somewhat outdated and needs updating and painting. The hot water heater was not large enough and we ran out each night with cold showers. The kitchen needs potholders and more forks and a Pyrex baking dish.

Family Beach Stay

Overall this is a wonderful property. Our family very much enjoyed it. My only feedback is that the bottom floor patio and exit to the beach was messy and had several broken items scattered around.

We loved the access to the beach and pool was amazing. Loved the ocean view

Loved the access to beach and great pool. Only wish the outdoor furniture was better quality and more comfortable because sitting on balconies was very important to our family. It needs to be upgraded and replaced. Comfortable beds and kitchen was well equipped. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Wonderful get away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Hunts was a wonderful property four our large family vacation. It housed our large group very comfortably. You can’t beat the location! It has great beach front access, plus it’s located close to Destin, Santa Rosa, and Seaside. We would absolutely stay here again, and have recommended it to all our friends.

Steps Away on 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at SeaHaunts and the location is steps away to the beach. The furniture is a bit cheap and does not feel very sturdy in the kitchen and patio, but otherwise, the unit was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Kicking off the Summer with the Family

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa. The location was fabulous!! Right on the beach and close walking distance to shops and Restaurants. This unit met our family needs perfectly! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the balconies had lovely furniture with plenty of comfortable seating. The balconies were our favorites spots to drink coffee and eat breakfast and dinner. The pups absolutely LOVED being with us vacation!! They loved the breeze blowing their ears, lol. Comfortable beds, great AC, comfortable living room room furniture, everything was great!!

Fantastic Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home is perfect for the beach and pool, and makes the used condition worth it. The management company is the best I’ve ever experienced. If we had an issue they responded immediately and took care of it as fast as possible.

Cannot beat this view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for our crew.Be prepared to walk 3 indoorflights, as there’s 3 different levels. Sand is an issue, you’re at the beach. Try to ignore it. Ha!There were cosmetic things that were wrong, but I messaged management and they assured it would be addressed after we departed. Plenty of beach toys/chairs on back patio below. No need to bring any!
