Wow, our stay at PB Emerald Bay did not disappoint!! The Casa Estates is a fabulous experience with plenty of space for the whole family… private pool and hot tub to boot!! And the service is impeccable!

Beautiful property. Very slow in checking in. We were in a villa and owner said we should have had a concierge, but we never had one. Never offered. Supposedly their computer system was down the whole time and unable to exchange US dollars. So we had to spend more money to take a taxi in to a cash exchange business. Very inconvenient! I prepaid transportation for 6 of us to and from the resort, but arriving, we had to pay another $30 for a taxi to the resort.

Family Vacation Over Christmas

We had a lovely time at the resort. This was our first time in Mazatlan. We have enjoyed the other Pueblo Bonito properties in Cabo San Lucas. The resort was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. This unit is an end unit which was very nice. Having the privacy on one side was great. We had two days of excursions which we really enjoyed. A city tour and a tequila tour with a stop for lunch in El Quelite. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing villa, outstanding property, fun town!

The villa itself had everything we needed. It was so nice to have 2 master suites with great beds, separate AC, and independent access to the pool. Having your own private pool and hot tub is a huge plus, and we enjoyed the grill, washer/dryer and the other amenities of home. We had one problem with the refrigerator and they fixed it within a few hours on a weekend night! One thing that surprised us was that the tap water & ice was totally good to drink, unlike other places in Mexico. Loved the Emerald Bay property. It was great to have the seclusion of the villa yet a short 2-minute walk to the beach, big pool, or spa. The workout facility was top notch. Also really enjoyed the resort-style pool and swim-up bar, but we came for the beach and it did not disappoint. The sunsets were spectacular! We also enjoyed the ease with which we could get to town. The shuttle service offered by the resort made it so easy to visit restaurants in town. The boardwalk is a happening place!

Excellent villa

Our stay at Emerald Bay was wonderful!! It is a beautiful resort and the villa was so nice. The restraints on property are great and the resort service is very good. I highly recommend a vacation to Emerald Bay.

AMAZING experience

Our family has gone to this resort several times now. The villas are fully equipped with everything you need. The housekeeping staff are very thorough and unobtrusive. We have spread out in villas and hotel units to accommodate our group. One of the hotel mattresses was subpar so we contacted the desk and it was changed out for a new one within an hour. The service people are very helpful and truly assist if they are able. We will continue to return as often as possible. Our favorite vacation spot!

Can't wait to go back!!

I have stayed at Emerald Bay twice now and it keep getting better everytime! It is a great place to getaway or to spend wuality time with family. The pools, spa, beach and grounds are outstanding and the staff is kind and super helpful! I can't wait until the next time I get to go! The Villas are amazing! A great place to hang out and enjoy privacy but just a short walk away from all the fun the resort has to offer!

IT WAS INCREDIBLE

This place is amazing. The villa that you stay in is top of the line and has a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, and personal pool and hot tub. Staying at the villas at this property is amazing because you get all the privacy you would want for your family, but can also go hang out at the main pool during the day. I go every other year with my family to Pueblo Bonito, Emerald Bay, and we still have yet to find a better place to vacation as a family. It is our home away from home and we compare all of our family vacations to this place because it is our standard. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

Beautiful Resort!

I have been to Emerald Bay multiple times now with my family, and we have loved every minute we spend on the property! It is an absolutely beautiful resort. The resort is spread out and has a lot of land so you don't feel clustered like many resorts in Mazatlan. The kids would play sand and water volleyball daily as well as many other activities. The city is a great place to spend a day and has a lot of culture and history. There are also many high-adventure activities in the area! All around, this is a wonderful place for all ages to vacation!

The BEST place to stay in Mazatlan!!! #1 of 79 rated Hotels in Mazatlan on TripAdvisor!!!!!!!!

The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. The amenities are VERY nice and well taken care of. We stayed in one of the cottages for 1 week and were super impressed by how nice it was!!! We had our own pool and hot tub for our 3 bedroom cottage as well as our own full kitchen where we cooked every morning. We also loved having a huge open field out back to play Spikeball and REALLY liked beating my wife's cousins as I teamed up with my bro-in-law. Best time EVER!! If you have an opportunity to go to this resort (or play Spikeball) I highly recommend it!!!! ALSO, THE SUNSETS ARE AMAZING!!!!

AMAZING vacation!!

Emerald Bay is my FAVORITE family vacation!!! Staying at this villa was beyond nice. You have a personal pool, kitchen, cleaners every day, plenty of room to run around and play out back. Run by the store on the way in and you're set of the week. Or there's tons of great restaurants at the resort! Hop on a taxi and go to Playa Bruha for a great dinner that isn't too far from the resort. It is beautiful! Sunsets in Mazatlan cannot be beat!!!

we went as a family and had an excellent time. the resort has enough for everyone to active. The resort is long enough to spread out but small enough to allow kids to run around and not get lost. the kids pool is great for little ones.

Relaxing in Paradise

I went with my family to Emerald Estates at Christmas. The grounds were simply beautiful! There was plenty to do, but my favorite thing was to relax and watch the outstanding sunsets. This place is wonderful and I can not recommend it enough. The Elite service at the Villa spoiled us. We were brought treats every day and given outstanding service. Checking in and out at the villa saves so much time.

Service was the best I've ever had!

The property and house is absolutely beautiful. Full length windows and doors that open. huge spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was so fantatstic it was hard to leave to go into town. Huge pools, exotic birds walking around and everything was open air with the ocean breeze following throughout. We looked cooking classes and activiting as well keep us busy all day long. Above all this, the service was unforgettable. The moment we walked into Pueblo Bonito we were treated like the most important people there. The staff was very friendly and remember the names of the family members. We felt safe and comfortable around the staff. Whether it was the front desk or lanscape crew they were constant addressing us by our names and wishing us a good day. They were avaiable for anything and everything we needed. Like I said before, we were treated like royality. The resort and house will draw you in with how beautiful it is, but the staff will make you want to never leave.

AWESOME!

The stay at Pueblo Bonito was amazing. It is a beautiful resort with a gorgeous villa. We had the time of our life! We will be back very soon! Felt secure inside the gated property and around town. The activities were numerous and so fun. It was great to have so much to choose from or choose to relax and do nothing! The accomidations were outstanding!

We love Mexico and Mazatlan. We haved traveled extensively and found Emerald Bay on one of our vacations. Our 4 children (now young adults) love Emerald Bay and look forward to vacationing their every year. We are business owners from Frisco, Texas (just north of Dallas, Texas). We are active in our community, but love time to relax at Emerald Bay. Our children attend Texas A & M. We graduated from Texas Tech and Baylor and are life long Texans.

Emerald Bay is one of the most beautiful properties we have ever visited. The resort grounds are manicured to perfection. The birds and flowers on the property are unique. Mazatlan is a wonderful old Mexican City with alot of chacrter and fun places to visit. The resort is an escape from the City and extremely safe with 24 hour security at two security gates. The Villa is in the best location on the resort and an easy walk to all the resort has to offer. The Spa and exercise facility is world class and the beach and pool volleyball is exceptional. The multiple pools on the resort give you many options from games to quiet relaxation. The golf course will be the bset in Mexico and just out the back door to the Villa. the Villa is also located just across from the Villa Owner's private pool. The Villa conciere services is exceptional. They will help you do anything. Taxi services come to the front door of the Villa, and daily maid service makes it a true vacation. The resort activities are fun for all ages and exciting.
