About this property

Typical house under the pines with swimming pool and wifi

In case of impossibility to come due to travel restrictions related to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.

We provide one towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made upon your arrival.

Very nice house in a small community under the pines a few minutes from Riells beach.

On the ground floor is the living room, dining room and open kitchen.
The kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave and all the utensils to cook well.

The living room has television and WIFI with unlimited free internet access.

On the same level, two double bedrooms with a bathroom, shower and wc.
Upstairs another independent double bedroom with its bathroom and toilet.

A French window located in the living room allows access to the very open outdoor space partly under the pines.
The garden is well isolated from neighbors and has a barbecue.

A small gate with a private path will lead you to the very beautiful swimming pool surrounded by lawn, giving an exceptional mix of colors.

A garage can keep bicycles and a vehicle can park in front.

This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival, and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the information you need to know (Supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages etc...).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. for any problems.

Leider entsprachen die Bilder des Inserats nicht dem aktuellen Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist stark abgenutzt und bedarf einer Erneuerung. Die Lage war gut. Fußläufig war alles schnell zu erreichen.

Maison très agréable.

Nous étions 5, 2 adultes et 3 jeunes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, au calme. Situé à l'ombre des pins et bien équipé, ce logement est à proximité de la plage et des commerces. La piscine est vraiment un plus appréciable.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour Conforme à l’annonce A 10 min à pied de la mer et du centre. La piscine était très bonne car ensoleillée toute la journée Maison agréable L'accueil de Monsieur Germain a été très chaleureux et à notre écoute. Je recommande +++ cette location.
