This room is equipped with a connected TV and adjoins the downstairs bathroom.<br> * 1 independent living room with 2 sofas and a smart TV. High-speed wifi in all rooms.<br> * 1 Equipped kitchen with possibility of plancha, raclette, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Tassimo.<br> * 1 large bathroom with shower and bathtub.<br> * 1 separate toilet.<br><br>Upstairs:<br> * 1 large children's bedroom with table football and multi-sports table (billiards, table tennis,....) Equipped with a DVD TV, board games and Scrooge type books, the couhcage is composed of a triple bunk bed and a single bed <br> * 1 bedroom with a 140*200 bed with dressing room, <br> * 1 bedroom with an 80*200 bed and a drawer allowing a double bed of 160*200 <br> * 1 shower room with toilet. <br><br>Paid parking on the street since 2023 but will be paid for by the owner up to a vehicle when booking.<br>Please note that this house is not suitable for people with disabilities.<br>Our dog friends are welcome in our home. <br>A maximum of 6 adults is allowed.
