Belle maison agréable avec jardin clos et très bien équipée

Séjour agréable dans une maison propre avec un jardin bien fermé qui convient aux petits.Très bien équipée à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Beaucoup de jeux et jouets.Située proche des centres commerciaux mais loin de la mer sans voiture.La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse. Mais attention à l’escalier assez raide et donc pas adapté aux enfants.Autre point de vigilance, la note d’électricité et de chauffage à payer en supplément. Également la note de ménage qu’il faudra régler en liquide (70 euros)!Tout est cependant écrit dans le contrat qu’il faudra bien lire.Mais notre séjour fût très agréable. Nous recommandons cette location.

Séjour à Berck

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Berck dans la maison de famille d’Evelyne . Tout est fait pour s’y sentir chez soi. Propreté , bonnes literies Nos enfants âgés entre 3 et 14 ont pu s’amuser dans le jardin , faire du vélo jusqu’à la plage avec des accès réservés au vélo casi depuis la maison . Celle est situé à 5 - 10 min de la plage et du centre ville. La description dans l annonce correspond tout à fait à la maison . Nous recommandons à 100%

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in Berck. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und mit einem tollen Garten versehen. In wenigen Autominuten waren wir am Strand, ein großes Einkaufzentrum und mehrere Boulangerien sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und stand kurzfristig für Fragen und einen früheren Checkout-Wunsch zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

L'accueil de la propriétaires et très chaleureux. Très belle maison dans un environnement sécurisé. La maison est extrêmement propre, et très fonctionnelle. Les enfants ont apprécié le jardin et tout particulièrement le trampoline. Nous reviendrons !

Appréciation générale

Propriétaire charmante et disponible, maison très propre. Maison moins conseillée par contre pour des personnes ayant quelques difficultés de mobilité ou de très jeunes enfants (hormis la chambre du rez-de-chaussée) car l'escalier est très abrupt et potentiellement dangereux en descente. Le jardin est pour sa part très bien sécurisé et idéal quant à lui pour des petits enfants. Attention pas de wifi ! Grande facilité pour les cyclos de ranger son vélo dans le garage annexe avec accès direct à la maison et au jardin.

Bon séjour malgré les averses!

Maison très agréable, propre et lumineuse. L'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire est digne de la réputation des gens du Nord. Les chambres sont calmes et les lits confortables. Les enfants ont surtout apprécié le vaste jardin et les jeux et jouets laissés à disposition. Seul bémol, l'escalier un peu dangereux pour de jeunes enfants qui ont besoin d'aller aux toilettes la nuit.

Très belle découverte !

Séjour au top grâce au gîte tout confort proposé par Mme Bouville. De 2 à 72 ans, nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour être à l'aise et passer de bons moments. Le jardin offre un espace de jeu sensationnel pour les enfants. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité de tous les commerces nécessaires ainsi que l'accès facile au bord de mer à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Berck est une sympathique station balnéaire à découvrir absolument ! Merci à Mme Bouville pour son accueil et son sourire.
