Inside the house, life revolves around the large living room of 50 m², you will find a dining area of course but also a large living room with a view of the park, not to mention a bar with beer pump.
The kitchen is built around the SMEG grand piano cooking point with large oven and a professional pizza oven (8 pizzas), then the back kitchen with American fridge (freezer and ice cube production), dishwasher and washing machine.
Night side – Gite Lot 12 people

On the night side, there are four air-conditioned rooms of 30m² each for two people and one for 4 people. Each offers a private bathroom, toilet, quality bedding, television and also for three of them an independent kitchen area. Three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 160×200, and two with a double bed 180x200 plus in one of them a BZ type sofa for two people.

In the air-conditioned entrance living room equipped with television, you will find a sofa bed allowing you to sleep another bed for two people.

For an aperitif or to eat, an outdoor lounge awaits you on the terrace. And if you feel like it, you have a plancha at your disposal in the private summer kitchen.

For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and entrance lounge, and a pellet stove and a fan in the large living room.
