This was worked out great it is just 5 minutes from where our annual family reunion was held in Chico, California. Plenty of room to strecth out and very quiet location. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Convenient and comfortable

Booking family somewhat late for Chico State graduation, Tiffany was able to get my family into a two bedroom, three bed space that was perfect. She was extremely responsive and the property was beautiful and comfortable.

Perfect for what we needed

Very clean quiet property, that had everything we needed and if there was something we needed that wasn’t there, they got it right to us. I may have missed it while looking for a place to stay, but there is no kitchenette and there are no TVs which ended up being fine, just thought it was going to be there.
