Vivaldi House: Semi-detached house for 4 people, ideal for family holidays in Lacanau, located in a small quiet residence overlooking the tennis courts. You will enjoy a serene environment while remaining close to the amenities and activities of the coast.



The accommodation consists of a bright living room with a dining area and relaxation space, equipped with a sofa and a television. The open kitchen is functional and fully equipped with a sink, electric hobs, refrigerator, microwave, storage, crockery and utensils.



The house has a cabin room with bunk beds, perfect for children, as well as a mezzanine bedroom open to the living area, fitted with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A utility room with a washing machine is also at your disposal.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace with a table, chairs and plancha for outdoor meals. A private car park is available for your vehicle.



The location is particularly attractive: the ocean is just 1.5 km away, the lake 5 km away, and shops 1.5 km away, which allows for easily combining beach, water activities, and local life.

Lacanau ist ein toller Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das kleine Haus ist schön und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit der Tür und die Agence hat sie sehr schnell reparieren lassen. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden und können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären wirklich nützlich.
