This unit is exquisite. I have never rented a place so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and so well equipped. Also, I realized my bathroom floor was warm, one more wonderful thing. I see the eye and hand of a very talented and thoughtful person here. This is a huge contrast to the VRBO unit we rented in Park City last week. Again, thanks for putting together such a wonderful place. I truly will have to talk myself into leaving it to go skiing.  Thank you.

'Thank you for a wonderful stay! This has been a true home from home. We love the house! We thought the location ideal, only 11 minutes with bus to Vail Village and the lift, and even better still, a great equipped Grocery Stores only 2 minutes walk away. After a hard day of skiing, it has been so lovely and cosy returning home and putting our feet up. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and taking advantage of the great DVD collection. The owner has a great eye for detail and we haven't lacked a thing! We have spent 30 days here and regret having to leave. If you are looking a house with charm and atmosphere as well as comfort, this is it!

Location: Pine Ridge Town homes, West Vail, behind/on the street above the West Vail Mall.

1 mile, 1 Freeway Exit or 11 minutes on the Free ‘Town of Vail’ bus to the center of Vail Village, Vail Mountain, Lionshead and the Gondola so you don’t need a car! The Free ‘Town of Vail’ bus comes every 20 minutes and the bus stop is just to the right of the front door and a flat 30 yard walk from the drive way. Just to the left of the front door are stairs leading to the West Vail Mall, two minutes to:

2 Liquor stores,

Local bars and Restaurants including: American, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Pizza, Soup and salad, Sandwiches, fast food restaurants, Sports bar and the best ‘brunch joint’ In the whole valley : )

Dry cleaners,

Barbershop, and much more.

Perfect for:

One or two couples or a family with one or two children.

1150 sq/ft with high ceilings, 2 stories’ with ground level entry and parking at the front door.

Ground level: Open floor plan, hardwood floors, and wood burning fireplace, half bath and a brand new fully stocked gourmet kitchen with sub-floor heating and the finest finishes.

Up stairs: No one above you! Full size washer and dryer between 2 bedrooms. On-suite master with queen bed. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bunk-bed with a privet bath. There is sub-floor heating in both bathrooms.

RENTAL POLICIES

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY'S (exceptions may apply)

Generally during the 'high season' we have a 5 night minimum stay until 10 days out or on 'last minute' bookings.

We offer the BEST PRICE on those that can 'fill holes' in the booking schedule.

TAXES

Taxes are charged at the current Vail Occupancy Tax rate of 9.8%

RESERVATION DEPOSITS and SECURITY DEPOSITS

Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival:Total rental costs are due upon booking

Reservations made more than 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total rental cost due at booking to hold dates and balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

*There is always a security deposit of $500 ($1000 for extended stays and $2000 for extended stays with dogs ) to cover damage and/or 'lost' Items.

It is immediately returned at the finish of house cleaning and inventory and within 14 days after departure.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS (exceptions may apply)

A handling fee will be charged, subject to the length of stay (50% on stays one (1) month or longer), on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival unless the home can be re-booked for the same or more amount of days. Holiday dates are handled differently, please ask for details.

100% of rental funds received are nonrefundable on cancellations 60 days prior to your arrival/check-in date (Stated through the VRBO portal it reads: 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date).

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

Housekeeping Service will incur an $125 charge and $250 for extended stays.

This is no ordinary smelly old rental unit : ) This unit is like coming home... only the carpet, lines, towels, Drapes, kitchen and bathrooms are all new! Need milk this morning or a cold beer this afternoon? It's just one minute away across the street and down the stairs!

Warm and cozy Vail townhouse

We had a great stay at Allison's townhouse. The location is great - near bus and grocery shopping. We enjoyed the warm and friendly house with easy parking. Everything worked and there were lots of accouterments. We live in Denver so we know Vail pretty well, and we will stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and I can tell you first hand it is fantastic! Alison has left nothing to the imagination. This unit has it all. The unit is immaculate, in a great location and I hope it's available next time I'm back in Vail.

Lovely summer stay in Vail

The unit is as pretty as the pictures and very well furnished. The kitchen is almost better equipped than mine at home. We loved all the books, and the owner generously shares her vast music and movie collection. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. The beds were super comfortable and everything was in very good condition. The Safeway/Starbucks is literally no more than a 1 minute walk from the condo. Highly recommend! (one note: the upstairs 2nd bdrm has a pretty window seat with a window that opens fully. The owner says she plans to replace the windows in time, but until then, I don't recommend this unit to families with small children, unless you keep the window locked).
