The apartment has about 50 square meters and is suitable for max 4 people. It has a living room with a south-facing terrace, which allows a view of the ski slope in winter. In the living area, a cozy corner bench invites you to dine and linger together. A sitting area in the living room can be converted into a bed in the evening.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-caterers and families. The restaurant, located a few minutes away, offers everything from breakfast to dinner, so meals can be booked on site in the restaurant. The house has a ski crystal, but the apartment also has a ski depot directly at the Hornspitz Bahn, which is available to guests free of charge. A sauna and laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is located in the basement of the building. A small supermarket in the village offers everything for everyday life.
In summer, the water park, which is located directly behind the house, attracts with its cool refreshments.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment. Kleine Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Ein Skikeller und Tiefgarage stehen zur Verfügung. Kurzer Fußmarsch bis zur Gondel. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. (2 Erw., 2 Teenager und unsere Hündin)Vielen Dank

Appartement sympathique, calme et bien situé pour découvrir la région de Salzbourg

le village de Russbach est très bien situé pour une découverte de la région de Salzbourg en voiture. De belles ballades à pied, accessible directement depuis le chalet, via le télécabine. La carte d'accès qui nous a été donné avec la location, permet un accès illimité à la piscine et au télécabine, ce qui est très appréciable, avec en plus des réductions sur certains musées ou activité (mines de sel). L'immeuble est en plein centre du village, pratique pour les courses à la superette, pour la poste ou l'office du tourisme. L'appartement est situé au RdC, sans vis à vis direct, et bénéficie d'une belle terrasse. Il ne manque rien pour notre confort: belle TV, chaine HiFi, lecteur dvd... L'accueil a été très bien par Peter pour la remise des clés. Petit point négatif: Dommage que le sauna soit payant... Un bel endroit pour passer un bon séjour.

Super logement très propre. Un immense lit (EN FRANCE nous n'en avons pas d'aussi grand) Superbe terrasse. Endroit très calme. Première fois EN Autriche pour nous ET je suis tombée amoureuse de ce pays. De très beaux endroits à découvrir notamment le lac de Gosau mais aussi la ville d'Halstatt. Le point positif c'est le ruisseau qui coule dans le village les chiens ont adoré se rafraîchir dedans. Je recommande cette location sans problème. Cordialement

Perfekter Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund

Schöne, saubere und super toll gelegene Ferienwohnung inmitten eines kleinen Dorfes. Viele Ausflugsziele zb Postalm, Wolfgangsee, Bad Ischl, Hallstatt usw. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub hier verbringen dürfen und es reizt uns es auch mal im Winter auszuprobieren.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung

Mein Mann und ich habe zwei Wochen Sommerurlaub hier in Rußbach sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und sehr gemütlich und bleibt auch bei Hitze angenehm kühl. Man muss sein Auto nicht bewegen: Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht - inklusive leckeren Brötchen! Tourist-Info und Post sind schräg gegenüber und Einkehrmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. In unmittelbarer Hausumgebung starten kurze und lange Wanderwege und mit der Hornbahn ist man schnell auf dem Hornspitz. Im Ort selber befindet sich ein herrliches Naturbad, dass nach dem Wandern und bei Hitze sehr erfrischend ist. Die Umgebung lockt auch mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Seen, Bergen usw. Wir konnten lange nicht alles wahrnehmen. Liebe Familie Mühlichen, wir danken Ihnen ganz herzlich für das Nutzen Ihrer schönen Ferienwohnung. Der Abschied nach zwei herrlichen Urlaubswochen fiel und doch schwer.

Wonderful stay in perfect location!

This lovely little apartment was the perfect find for my family. Russbach was a beautiful village and it was wonderful being close to a swimming hole, cable cars with fabulous hiking to Alm huttes, supermarket and a few great traditional Austrian restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better spot and the apartment was very clean and well kept. Thank you, Margit, for the wonderful stay!

Wunderbare Tage in Russbach

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Russbach. Die Fewo ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben und für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (1 und 4) völlig ausreichend. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl wurden bereitgestellt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos. Russbach und Umgebung hat für Familien viel zu bieten (Wasserspielplatz, Naturschwimmbad, Brunos Bergwelt, Geisterwald usw. ) Liebe Familie Mühlichen, vielen Dank für den reibungslosen Ablauf und die gemütliche Fewo. Wir waren das erste, aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in Russbach. Viele Grüße Familie Haut

Wunderschöne Landschaft, nette Leute in der Gemeinde

Wir waren als Paar mit Baby für zwei Wochen in Rußbach. Die Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir konnten jeden Tag mit der Hornbahn auf die Edtalm fahren, ein Natur-Freibad war ebenso inklusive. Gefallen haben uns auch die kurzen Wege, bis zum Einkaufsladen, zur Post und zur Gemeinde waren es nur wenige Meter. Die Bergseen Gosausee bzw. Hallstatter See sind in nur 15-20 min bzw. etwas mehr als einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und haben uns herrliche Wanderungen (mit Kinderwagen möglich) erlaubt.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen, nur zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in Rußbach. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist wirklich als TOP zu bezeichnen. Zahlreiche Wanderungen können direkt von dort gestartet werden. Direkt gegenüber ist ein ADEG Lebensmittelladen wo man auch frische Wurst und Brötchen bekommt. In der näheren Umgebung sind einige sehenswerte Orte zu entdecken (Hallstädter See, Gosausee, Sommerrodelbahn Karkogel, zahlreiche Almen und Hütten, usw.) 14 Tage reichen natürlich nicht aus um alles zu erkunden, aber hierher würden wir auf jeden Fall gern noch einmal wiederkommen. Auch für den Winter sehen wir hier viele Optionen, gute Pisten, Skikeller, Sauna, Garage und vieles mehr. Vielen Dank und bis bald mal.

Nette FeWo unweit der Skipisten

Ein sehr nettes kleines Appartement mit allem, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Dazu in perfekter Lage 5 Gehminuten von den Skipisten entfernt und eine Minute von der nächsten Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen nach Gosau und Golling. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Attraktive Wohnung für Familien

Wir würden dieses Domizil jederzeit gutes Gewissens weiterempfehlen, besonders hervorzuheben ist das Naturbad, gute Parkplätze, der Fosilienweg, die Vernetzung der Buslinien, die Freundlichkeit der Menschen, die im Tourismus erbaiten, mit der Tennengau Card hatten wir freinen Eintritt bei Bad und Hornbahn - ohne Diskussion, die Mitarbeiter kannten sich aus, Ziel für junge Forscher, die permanent Steine suchen und dort auch tatsächlich Steine mit Abdrücken oder versteinerte Schnecken oder Korallen finden, Schwimmen ist Voraussetzung für den Genßuß Naturschwimmbad, entspannung für die Familie und direkt neben dem Bad ist ein Parcour für Kanuinteressierte, einfach reinsetzen und los gehts. Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern und in unmittelbarer Nähe das Narutbad
