To ensure a pleasant stay for you and future guests, please remove as much sand as possible from your belongings, clothes, and shoes before entering the house. Please take care not to get sand in the shower! Bath towels are provided (one per person);
please do not use them as beach towels. Thank you for your understanding.

We need to receive this promptly after booking.

-- There is no cleaning fee if you choose to do the cleaning yourself.
Upon arrival, please hand us a security deposit check
of €90 for cleaning.
Upon departure, either you clean the property (excluding the floors) and the check is returned to you, or you do not clean it, in which case we keep the check.
