La maison est grande et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. les chambres sont grandes (placard- espace). Salle de bains fonctionnelles. Premier Ă©tage dĂ©diĂ© au chambres est trĂšs pratique. La piĂšce de vie est belle et grande. La cuisine top bien Ă©quipĂ©e (il y a tout) et les petites choses y sont. Tout l’extĂ©rieur est assez grand, piscine, jardin, terrasse top. Juste un petit point faible avec le bruit de la pĂ©nĂ©trante en dessous de maison. Parking 2 voitures sans problĂšme.

Spacious comfortable reasonably equipped Villa with lovely rustic garden over looking a well maintained salt pool.A few good nearby restaurants good bus service to Cannes, Mougins and surrounding area if you didn't want to drink and drive.

Great Family Holiday on the Cîte d’Azur

We had a wonderful family holiday in this lovely house in Mougins! The location is quiet and peaceful, but still close to Cannes and the Cîte d’Azur. We enjoyed day trips to the beach and to beautiful towns like Antibes and Grasse.The house is big and comfortable. The pool was a highlight for our family – the kids had lots of fun, and we could relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace was very large and perfect for eating together and spending time outside. From there, we had a beautiful view of the landscape and the gentle hills – it was truly relaxing.The house had everything we needed – from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and communication was easy.One small thing: the garden could have been better maintained. But this did not really affect our stay too much.We would love to come back and can fully recommend this house – especially for families who want peace and comfort in the South of France.

Beautiful house with a fantastic view from the terrace.

The house is in a quiet, safe area behind a gate, and it’s easy to drive to nearby towns for day trips. There is a great bakery just 5–10 minutes’ walk away, and also a nice local restaurant.The house is well equipped, with a big kitchen, a large living room, and a TV with Netflix. The pool was large and great for the kids. The pool area itself was lovely, with the same stunning view as from the terrace. The terrace is truly the highlight of the house – the view is amazing. We did miss having some comfortable lounge furniture out there to fully enjoy it.The owner was very kind and always answered our questions quickly. When we mentioned some things that needed fixing, like the garden and parasols, she helped right away, which we really appreciated.We had a lovely week – thank you for letting us stay in your home!Just a few things that could be improved:– The garden looked dry, unkempt, and had clearly not been cared for in a long time. The lawn was patchy, the flowerbeds were full of weeds, and many of the pots were empty or dried out. With a bit of care, the garden could be truly beautiful and match the rest of the property.– The cleaning could have been better, both inside and outside. The terrace floor needed a proper cleaning.– There were no good kitchen knives or a cutting board.– The house has many different levels inside and in the garden, so it’s not ideal for small children.With just a few small improvements, this place could easily be a 10/10.

Grosses Haus mit grossem GrundstĂŒck. Mit Auto steile Einfahrt auf GrundstĂŒck. Garten könnte etwas mehr Pflege haben. Haus zweckentsprechend eingerichtet. KĂŒche könnte etwas besser eingerichtet werden (anzahl Pfannen oder Fleischklopfer etc.). sehr nette Gastgeberin auch Check-in lief ohne Probleme

Breathtaking views

Me and my family stayed for a week at Francine's property. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and the breathtaking views of the nearby hills. Depending on your expectations, you may find the place a little outdated. But from our perspective it was exactly what we needed. A lot of room for our baby to run around the house, great place on the terrace to have your breakfast and enjoy the surroundings, a huge property to just walk around and enjoy the nature. We would definitely come back

We are a family of 7 and had a wonderful weekend in Francine’s house. It is a really nice house with a beautiful terrace and a beautiful view. The house was clean and well equipped and with plenty of space. Nice pool. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend the house.

Late 70th birthday celebration

We were all very pleased with the property.The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and there was an adequate supply of hot water. The pool area was terrific with lots of sun beds and very securely fenced off with a safety mechanism on the gate - very important as we had our grandchildren aged 4 and 7 with us. Any lack of communication with the property manager was my fault. I had not done enough research as to where the property was, nor into the town of Mougins itself. If I hadn't been able to speak French and ask for directions I would have had great difficulty in finding it. Also, it was my fault that I didn't pick up the manager's text message about the code for the entrance gate. I was too busy driving on the very busy motorway! My husband wasn't able to do his usual meticulous research for this trip and boy did I miss it. We loved the fact that we didn't have to buy cleaning materials, olive oil,salt ,pepper , toilet rolls and so on. Everything was provided. There is only one thing I would suggest that would improve a holiday in this house. We would have liked to have had a clothes airer to dry off our washing, towels and swimsuits overnight. I am sure this is not necessary in the summer months but as the days are shorter in October it would have been very helpful. We had a wonderful holiday in Francine's house and we all thought her a very generous hostess in providing over and above what we usually find in a holiday home. Elizabeth.

Lovely villa

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the terrasse and pool area are stunning! Given the extremely warm temperatures it was lovely to come back and spend time in the pool. It is very close to Mougins which is such a cute and historic little village to explore with more gorgeous vistas. The only thing that could have improved our stay is some AC and fans in the bedrooms as we were very hot. The one ductless AC unit in the front entrance way doesn’t not unfortunately reach the bedrooms.

Wonderful villa in beautiful location

The villa is beautiful, very spacious with every amenity. It is in a wonderful location with stunning views very close to the beautiful towns of Mougins and Valbonne. The pool is wonderful and it is a delight to relax overlooking the lovely countryside. We would highly recommend a stay there and hope to return soon!

Idéal famille ou entre amis au calme

Une belle bùtisse dans un lotissement sécurisé, à proximité de petits villages et de la mer pour les visites (+ Nice et Cannes). Piscine trÚs agréable avec un bel espace autour aménagé. Petit bémol pour les "petits", le terrain trÚs en pente et le fond non clÎturé, mais c'est le cas de nombreuses habitation dans cette région. Une trÚs belle vue et un coin terrasse et salon trÚs agréable.

Superbe maison avec vue Ă  couper le soufle

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs agrĂ©able semaine de fin dĂ©cembre dans cette superbe maison, avec un salon /salle Ă  manger spacieux oĂč on se sentait bien, une cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, une vue spectaculaire sur la campagne provençale et les orangers du jardin. Nous avons pu profiter des environs (Mougins, Valbonne, Cannes, Cap d'Ail) pour nous promener, escalader, dĂ©jeuner au soleil, visiter. Et les plus intrĂ©pides ont mĂȘme osĂ© une tĂȘte dans la piscine ou la mer. La communication avec Francine Ă©tait parfaite, et l'accueil par Emmanuel trĂšs sympathique. Un grand merci!

Fantastic house, great location.

We had an amazing stay in this property: Emanuel who manages the property, communicated with us well and met us on arrival. The house itself was perfect for our needs as a family base. The kitchen was spacious ,clean and well stocked with crockery and glassware. The living area was large ,light, comfortable and stylish. We particularly loved the pool with the wooden decking and plenty of sunloungers. The setting of the house was secluded and not overlooked ,with wonderful views over the valley below. All in all, a brilliant stay ! Thank you !

Seizable villa with lots of space-perfect for 8. Lovely pool and pool area.

Great villa with large rooms and lots of space. All you need is there! Great veranda for having all your meals outdoor. Lovely saltwater pool and pool area. Excellent position for visiting little villages like Mougins, Valbonne etc or Cannes, Nice, Monaco. Everything worked well and was meeting and exceeding our expectations!

Tolles Haus fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub an der CĂŽte d'Azur

Mit unseren beiden Kindern haben wir hier zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Das Haus bietet auch großen Familien mit einem sehr großzĂŒgigen und gemĂŒtlichen Wohnzimmer, 4 SchlafrĂ€umen, 3 Badezimmern und einem Extra-WC reichlich Platz. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattete und hat beispielsweise einen großen KĂŒhlschrank mit EiswĂŒrfelauswurf. Von der ĂŒberdachten Terasse hatten wir einen herrlichem Blick auf das alte Mougins. FĂŒr die Kinder und uns war der Pool das Highlight. Zu jeder Tageszeit konnte man auch ein SchattenplĂ€tzchen finden. Der Verwalter und die Besitzerin waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr gut betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spacious, well equipped home with great view and pool. Great location to explore the Cîte d’Azur.

We visited Mougins as a family, staying at the house with six people. It is very spacious, several bathrooms are practical and can comfortably accommodate even a greater number of people. The kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to wish for. My husband was particularly happy that we could also use the outdoor BBQ. The outdoor space is great. A big patio with a wonderful view. Our kids loved the pool. There is also a pingpong table that we used a lot. Shops are within a 5-10 minute car ride. The old part of Mougins is about a 15 minute walk, mostly uphill. Cannes is within 15 minutes. Overall, the house in Mougins is a good base to explore the Cîte d’Azur. We did day trips to Nice, Cannes, Monaco/Eze and Antibes. We also drove to some of the smaller places in the area, like Valbonne, for some excellent dinners. Both the owner and the local contact are very responsive and speak English. They were very flexible accommodating our preferred arrival and departure times. All of us had a wonderful time in Mougins. Thanks again!
