About this property

Newly renovated gr. Vacation home 110sqm living space, large garden Zeeland by the sea with dog

WATCH OUT! With us are the NK (gas, water, electricity, Internet included in the price)!
Jan. -Febr. flat rate per week 100 Euro NK.
1 dog per week 35 euros. There are also 2 dogs possible if they are not hairy (on request).
From mid-March to the end of October and December ONLY weekly rental (change every Saturday). Months Nov, Jan, Feb., Mar Minimum rental period 4 days, change to all days except Sundays and holidays possible.

Our house has been completely renovated / rehabilitated, equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances.


Ground floor:

Living and dining area (40 sqm) with a new, modern kitchen.

The compl. new kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, mini oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, microwave and all crockery. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room. There is u. A. Washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes, children's highchair.

Living room with comfortable leather sofa, gr. LCD 42 inch flat screen TV with satellite system and all German and Dutch programs and a Blue-Ray player, radio and CD player are also provided.

Separate toilet with hand basin.

Bathroom with bath and separate shower and xxl Basin (new).


The house is used by us for the most part itself, it is accordingly equipped.

 1 double bedroom u. Large LED flat screen TV (satellite TV)

Garden:

There are 2 terraces available (new beginning 2016). Since September 16, the large terrace has been completely covered. Through the glass roof there is a lot of light and you can even with rain on the terrace food and have a nice view of the pond. In the new garden house you will find plenty of garden furniture and cushions. Cozy barbecue evenings you can spend on new barbecue.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung. Haus und Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundschaftlich. Rückfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. In der Nähe gibt es einen Einkaufsmarkt. Tolle Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir werden das Haus im Bekanntenkreis auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Zeeland

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus der Familie Strempel. Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, sauber, hat ein modernes, neues Bad und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchen kann. Besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten. Die Treppe nach oben ist etwas steil, aber das kennen wir aus Holland nicht anders. Die Parkanlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt, der Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, malerische Städtchen und viele tolle Strände besuchen. Frau Strempel hatte tolle Tipps für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses schöne Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gerne kommen wir wieder

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Ferienhauspark, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen und Deich. Das Ortszentrum ist ca 1 km entfernt, die langen Sandstrände ca 2,5 km gut zu Fuß oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig mit drei Schlafzimmern. Es gibt im 1. OG neben den Schlafzimmern ein kleines Bad mit Toilette, im EG ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer und Küchenzeile ist sehr geräumig mit direktem Zugang zu 2 Terrassen und großem Garten. Direkt an den Garten schließt sich ein kleiner Teich an, der aber durch einen Zaun getrennt ist. Die große Terrasse ist zudem überdacht, so dass es bei wärmeren Temperaturen auch bestimmt länger nutzbar ist am Abend.Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Ein Ofen und Mikrowelle wurden ergänzt in einem Hauswirtschaftsraum aufgestellt.Die Beschreibung des Objektes ist sehr genau und zutreffend beschrieben.

Schöne Septembertage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Im Haus und Garten gibt’s alles was man braucht. Das OG ist ein wenig hellhörig, dafür sind die Betten super bequem. Ansonsten ist wirklich alles super. Lage, Ausstattung, Platz, Garten gezäunt für Hunde.

Das Ferienhaus in Scharendjyke ist empfehlenswert.Der Ferienpark liegt sehr schön und alles ist super gepflegt.Das Ferienhaus ist mehr als gut ausgestattet ,es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht . Die Betten sind sehr gut , das Sofa ist bequem.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, man merkt, das die Eigentümer das Haus auch selbst nutzen! Es fehlte an nichts! Die "Verbotsschilder" haben uns natürlich auch ein wenig gestört, da sie doch sehr dominant waren, aber es gibt scheinbar Leute, die diese "Hinweise" brauchen ... wir gehören nicht dazu :-) , aber wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Golden Retriever auch!

Unser Haus am See

Sehr schönes Haus. Kleine Sonnenterrasse für den Aperitif in der Abendsonne. Überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen See. Mit Besuch von den kleinen Hasen. Sehr ruhig gelegen in optimaler Lage für Ausflüge aller Art. Oder zum walken am Morgen. Optimal sind auch die 2 separaten Toiletten und ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne und endlich mal genug Platz für Kosmetik, auch für 2 Frauen. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage hier und kommen gerne wieder.

Haus ist schön.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben schön.Weniger schön ist die Aussenanlage.Rasen nicht gemäht,Gartenstühle verdreckt,Bäderliegen verrostet und mit Kabelbindern repariert.
