Welcome to your private oasis in Wilmington! Our fully remodeled home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Nestled on a secluded lot, this modern retreat features an expansive screened porch, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. Enjoy stylish, newer furniture that adds to the home's relaxed vibe.

Outdoors, you'll find multiple spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind on the deck, screened porch, or in the custom gazebo overlooking a scenic tidal creek. Paddle your kayak or stand-up paddleboard directly from the property to the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and Masonboro Island for a true coastal experience.

Indoors, the spacious family room is perfect for gathering, with the gas fireplace providing extra warmth on cooler evenings. When it’s time to explore, you’re in the ideal location: walk to nearby pubs, restaurants, a mini-mart, playground, and a public boat launch all within a mile. Coming in 2025, a multi-use city trail along Masonboro Loop Road will be just a half-mile from the house.

Our home is also centrally located for all Wilmington has to offer:

8 miles to historic downtown Wilmington

We had a wonderful 5 nights/6 day stay at Jeff’s condo, everything was as listed and then some, communicating with Jeff was very easy, he answered all of our questions very quickly. Great location, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable master bedroom bed and the couch was very easy to fall asleep in. Enjoyed the screened in porch every morning as well. We look forward to future stays at Jeff’s condo.

Thank you Jeff and Ellen for sharing your wonderful home. Loved the open floor plan. Everyone had their own space and the family was still together. Games, tv, music and conversation all at the same time. The live plants were beautiful and well loved. I thought some were silk! Had a wonderful time. Hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s home and would absolutely give it five stars! The location was perfect for our son’s wedding weekend. It was close to downtown Wilmington for the church and wedding festivities and just a short drive to Wrightsville Beach, where we hosted the rehearsal dinner and enjoyed a couple of relaxing days afterward.The home was comfortable, beautifully laid out, and had plenty of space for us to gather and for family to stop by throughout the weekend. We especially loved the quiet neighborhood, beautiful live plants and orchids throughout the house, and the peaceful outdoor spaces. Jeff was a wonderful host. It truly felt was a relaxing home base during a very special and busy weekend. We would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen and house were well stocked with anything we could need. The rooms were nicely decorated and there was plenty of space. We loved the deck and gazebo and particularly enjoyed the screened in porch. We'd stay here again and highly recommend it.

It's just a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. While not far from College Ave and the traffic that brings, this house feels remote and you don't have to get on any busy roads to get to the beaches

This home is an absolute sanctuary full of lush greenery, and sunlight. It is immediately clear how much love and care has been poured into every inch of the property. We enjoyed exploring all the little sitting nooks inside and out. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch, sipping wine and listening to the bird calls. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and there are several outdoor sitting areas. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfy, and we did not want for anything! There are also a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We definitely plan to stay here again!

My wife and I have traveled extensively and understand what makes a great vacation experience. We have hosted vacation properties for seven years and this is our newest addition. We purchased and have lived in this home for several years. The house was selected because of its location within Wilmington as well as its private backyard and coastal/tropical feel. We enjoy working with our guests and get great satisfaction from the positive feedback from our guests.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We selected this home several years ago as a down-sizing opportunity. The central coastal location within Wilmington provides access to everything popular in 10 - 15 minutes. There are two restaurants within walking distance (approximately 1/3 mile) Whiskey Trail Restaurant & The Keg and Egg as well as a convenience store. We especially fell in love with the small friendly neighborhood and covered gazebo on the community dock. The location of the house in the neighborhood also provided a lot of backyard privacy, vacant lot next to our house.

Coastal experience without the noise and crowds. The property location is central to downtown, Wrightsville Beach, and Carolina Beach. The community dock with gazebo / picnic table provides a spot to launch kayaks, SUP boards or just enjoy relaxing sunsets and waterfowl.
