Fantastic Villa Stay

The modern villa was perfect for our group of 12. Spacious, very well located, great design and with perfect views of the bay. All around a fantastic stay.

Amazing stay, great location!

The house is spacious and well designed. We were a large group of 12, mostly friends and some family. Rooms are spacious with confortable beds and high quality linens. Bathrooms are also spacious. The common area is open with incredible views to the bay over the infinity pool. Manager was attentive when we ran out of gas for the barbecue. Highly recommended property. Good location.

Amazing Villa in St Barts

This villa was even more beautiful than the photos in person! We would definitely come back! We were a group of 11 and each room was equal in size with amazing ocean views. The property managers and cleaning service were all so nice and attentive! The location was great, just a 5 min ride to the airport and 10 min ride to the restaurants. Transportation or a car rental is a must. I would highly recommend contact@seasaltandpepper.fr for private chef services and luxuryprivatedriversaintbarth@gmail.com for transportation.

FIVE STAR PARADISE IN SAINT BARTHS!

Saint Barths goes without saying that it’s a beautiful island with beautiful people and stunning beaches. However, this Villa made it even more spectacular. The house was spotless, you can tell it’s new construction with every detail taken into consideration. The open space, the view from each bedroom, the infinity pool with the straight ocean views. Serena greeted us at the airport, assisted us with our luggage, was in contact with my concierge service and even helped with our grocery delivery. She made recommendations on what was open since we visited in October and the season hadn’t started yet. She is a gem! Definitely will stay here again! Thank you!

Nice stay but loud construction nearby, and not enough towels

Was disappointed that there was adjacent new home being constructed and wasn't alerted to that at time of reservation or before check in. Was loud. Contractor wasn't willing to limit operations despite manager and neighbors' pleas. To be fair though, manager offered us an alternate location, but wasn't appropriate for us. Also, bug exterminating service needs to be a little more robust. Towels provided was skimpy, and needed to request often for our size group.Would have liked laundry service to be included, and concierge service for making reservations and other activites wasn't offered. Valentin was diligent to cater to our needs when we voiced them.
