On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a large living room leading to an American kitchen. <br>To the right of the entrance, there is a corridor leading to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.<br>In the middle of the living room, there is a staircase leading to a games room, then to an office. This office then leads to the master suite with an en-suite shower room and a WC.<br>2 terraces are at your disposal, one facing south overlooking the swimming pool and the other to the north to have more freshness in the middle of the day, a barbecue and a summer kitchen with plancha will be at your disposal for barbecue evenings with friends. This north terrace has shade sails and guinguette-style lights for warm evenings.<br>The calm and nature all around ensure you a rejuvenating and exotic holiday. The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will have access to the entire villa and its heated salt water swimming pool, equipped with a roller shutter, as well as to the two terraces (one to the south on the pool side, one to the north with outdoor kitchen) communicating with each other via one side of the villa. Ideal cycling because of the large network of cycle paths, just behind the villa.<br>Travel by car as well, with the possibility of parking for free in front of the villa (possibility of 2 spaces) because we live at the end of a cul-de-sac and possibility of entering 1 car on the grounds of the villa. This villa is our main house, we live there with our two daughters of 7 and 9 years old the rest of the year.
