Vacation Home – Evasion Normande

Le Cottage - Evasion Normande is the ideal place to spend a weekend or vacation with family or friends. Nestled between the countryside and the sea, its location allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while still being close to many points of interest.
The house is situated on a 3,600-square-meter lot surrounded by fields.

This historic 19th-century Norman house features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet on the first floor.
The upper floor consists of a landing area with a sleeping area (1 double bed and a sofa bed) and one bedroom.
The house therefore has 2 actual bedrooms and a sleeping area in the landing.

The size of the house is ideal for a stay with 6 people.

However, for those who wish (children, groups of friends, etc.), the maximum sleeping capacity can be increased to 10 people (by using the convertible sofa in the living room and a sofa bed upstairs).

Guests will have access to the entire property and exclusive use of the heated pool from mid-May through September.

Board games are available, as well as outdoor games (pétanque, molkky, volleyball net, badminton, ball, beach rackets, and swim rings).

The fireplace is swept and in use from October through May.

A crib and a changing table are provided.
