Pet friendly. AAA location. This very sunny, clean and modern 2 bedroom condo offers you a prime location in P-town. Three doors away from the Brass Key Guest House. Two minute walk to Commercial Street shopping, restaurants and clubs and town beach. Short walk or bike to P-town Inn pool and Herring Cove beach, bike trails, tennis, pickle ball and kayaking. Parking for two cars. 20x21 private use fenced in stone patio with table and chairs, sofa, fire-pit and gas grill. The interior has beautiful finished pine wood floors throughout, New kitchen and appliances, new A/C. Washer and dryer. Sunny living room with cable TV and Roku. Full bath with shower. Just painted in and out. Very Quiet side street. Enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer. Save yourself hours in the car and arrive on Friday. NO ADDITIONAL pet fees. One animal only. If you have cat allergies please be aware that on rare occasion tenants do bring a cat. Please ask owner. This property is best for 2 to 3 people.

Perfect in PTown!

We loved out 5-night stay here. Location is perfect—a few steps from all the action of Commercial Street but far enough away for some quiet relaxation. Everything was to our liking, super clean, nicely appointed and everything one would need is right there. Fantastic communication with Paul.

A real gem!

This property is clean and cozy. Located in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to Commercial St. Parking for two cars is a definite bonus! Hope to return next year.

The Perfect P Town Getaway

Absolutely wonderful property and stay. Location is fantastic - one block walk to all Commercial Street has to offer. Short walk to the grocery and liquor store. House was spotless, and well equipped. Paul, the Host, was exceptionally easy to work with and communicative. My family of 3 and our small dog had a great stay. Thank you Paul!

We have rented this great little place three times, always in December-January. We keep coming because it is truly perfect; it is quiet, well equipped, clean, pet friendly and centrally located. The owner is a realtor who knows how to treat guests, and Provincetown inthe winter is at his best. We will continue coming back!

Great Outdoor Space!

Well situated to Commercial street, a block down the hill and a short walk to the grocery store. No need for a car; appreciated having parking for two cars out front. The furnished patio was a great area to read or grill and was a quiet spot to relax. I’d plan to return to this property the next time I’m in Provincetown. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Ptown Gem

The perfect amount of space for my partner and me… and our college age son. Inside is tastefully decorated with all the amenities. The outside patio with beautiful flowers and a fireplace surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture was my favorite place. The location couldn’t have been better… close enough to walk to everything, yet just far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings on the patio. Thank you Paul… we’ll be back!

Such a Fantastic Time

This place was perfect for us! We loved everything about it. The patio was so enjoyable with everything you could need, beautiful flowers, umbrella, lots of seating, chairs to take to the beach, grill for cooking and a gas firepit. Inside also had every thing you could need. All you need to bring is food and clothing. We ate out every day, so all we brought was coffee and beverages. Great location to all restaurants and shops. We only needed our vehicle when we went to the beaches. We highly recommend visiting!

Great location - just a short walk to Comercial Street - and it's easy to get to the supermarket as well. The primary bedroom is a little tight, but overall, it's a really nice place.

Great host in all respects. House is perfect for two people, especially with the room that has the Murphy bed. Great to use for storage. Extra bonus is the washer/ dryer in that room. The outdoor area is awesome! The fire pit and barbecue worked. We will definitely stay there again!!

Paul was a great host and the condo was absolutely perfect! Super easy check in (we were able to park earlier than 3 and walk around which was nice), the place was extremely clean by the time we got in that afternoon, kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you'd need for cooking. Bedrooms were a good size (especially the larger bedroom), and the bathroom was great, clean, and nicely redone! We loved Paul's place and will definitely be staying again.
