Pet friendly. AAA location. This very sunny, clean and modern 2 bedroom condo offers you a prime location in P-town. Three doors away from the Brass Key Guest House. Two minute walk to Commercial Street shopping, restaurants and clubs and town beach. Short walk or bike to P-town Inn pool and Herring Cove beach, bike trails, tennis, pickle ball and kayaking. Parking for two cars. 20x21 private use fenced in stone patio with table and chairs, sofa, fire-pit and gas grill. The interior has beautiful finished pine wood floors throughout, New kitchen and appliances, new A/C. Washer and dryer. Sunny living room with cable TV and Roku. Full bath with shower. Just painted in and out. Very Quiet side street. Enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer. Save yourself hours in the car and arrive on Friday. NO ADDITIONAL pet fees. One animal only. If you have cat allergies please be aware that on rare occasion tenants do bring a cat. Please ask owner. This property is best for 2 to 3 people.

Wow, just WOW!
We have stayed at several VRBOs in Provincetown over the years, and this is tops! Close to everything and our day trips for hiking were easy with access to Rt. 6. We stream at home and having the streaming stick that we use at home made it enjoyable when we began our day. The kitchen is completely updated, and we appreciated the almost instant hot water. Thanks, Paul - we enjoyed our stay, and will be sure to contact you when we stay in the area again!

Ptown in November
Great location - easy walk to anything. Enough space for two, we used the second bedroom as a changing/luggage room. Great to have a washer and dryer. Being there in November, we couldn't take advantage of the outside area but I'm sure it would be great in warmer weather. Very minor point, but was surprised not to find a stemmed wine glass; again, minor point and didn't in any way ruin our stay.

Fun stay!
We rented for three nights over Halloween. The location was diaganolly across Bradford Street from the Shipwreck Tavern. It was a quick walk to Commercial Street. The unit was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities and space to store food in the kitchen, room to hang and store clothing as well as cable tv, wifi, a fenced in patio out front and parking. Paul was very helpful and responsive to our queries. I would stay at this location again. store your clothes

Property location is great and within walking distance to both east and west ends of town. We felt the cottage was ideal for two but I believe it will accommodate up to four guests. Good WIFI & TV was convenient for capturing highlights of the DNC, Owner was graciuos too!

Perfect Ptown Cottage
We enjoyed our stay so much at this cute cottage. The outdoor space made for so many enjoyable meals and fun times. The location was perfect, close to all the action. The house was just right for us and our son and had everything we needed.

Awesome Cottage
Paul’s cottage was a true gem. The cottage was situated beautifully one block from Commercial Street - convenient to everything and spotlessly clean. The cottage had a gorgeous front deck area, offering anything you could imagine to enjoy your time outside. The cottage was well appointed. It offered everything needed for a relaxing stay. Well-written instructions made enjoying the cottage easy. Cable television was provided with premium channels. Well-appointed beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Parking was on premise, making access to your car to run an errand convenient. Paul was an incredibly gracious host. The communication with Paul from booking until check-out, was outstanding. Paul make sure to be available if you needed him - exceptionally responsive on every level. I am so looking forward to staying at Paul’s cottage again.

Loved our stay on Carver Street. Paul (owner) was super responsive and lovely to deal with. The cottage was clean, super sweet, and the perfect size for two people and two French bulldogs (the dogs loved the fenced patio). The location was truly perfect. Highly recommended!!

Very nice accommodations! Perfect location, you can walk to everything but your away enough from the noise and traffic from busy commercial st. Everything you would need was available. Pet friendly! Great place, I would love to come back!

Absolutely charming condo in a wonderful location!
We loved the apartment. It was well-equipped and charming. From the description/photos, we didn't realize that there was an upstairs apartment. That was a little inconvenient at times, when folks had a small dog running back and forth to fetch a ball for a half hour at a time. Most of the time they were very quiet. The location was fabulous. A very short walk to so many amenities in town. Temperature's got down to around freezing but the apartment stayed very cozy. Paul was very responsive and helpful in all our communications. A winter stay at this location for Christmas and New Year's was near-perfect! We found many hiking trails out to many beaches in the area. The crowds were light until New Year's Eve, which was very festive. We could walk down to see the fireworks over the harbor, too. While much of the Cape may be shut down during the winter, it seemed like three out of every four store-fronts were open for the holiday week.
