Alles vorhanden wie beschrieben, Platzangebot großzügig, Sofa im WZ etwas kurz, zum rumlümmeln nur bedingt geeignet. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz vorm Haus. Würden wir nochmal buchen!

Teilweiser Reparaturbedarf

Es war alles vorhanden, was man überhaupt nur benötigen konnte. Leider ging die Deckenleuchte im Bad nicht und der Gurtstraffer des Rolladens über dem Esstisch funktionierte nicht, so dass man den Rollo nicht mehr hochziehen konnte.

Mietwohnung soweit ok, nur Bett und Wohnzimmercouch waren schlecht. Couch definitiv nur zum sitzen geeignet, sehr hart und klein. Matratzen sehr hart, Lattenrost na ja.

Küche und Bad ohne Mängel, alles gut. Bett weniger gut, Matratze sehr hart, Lattenrost naja, Bett steht unter einer schrägen Decke, d.h. wenn man ohne Beule am Kopf aufstehen möchte sollte man sehr vorsichtig sein. Die Couch und die Sessel im Wohnzimmer sind sehr hart und somit nicht bequem. Die Couch ist definitiv nur zum sitzen geeignet. Schade eigentlich, da die Wohnung an sich einen guten Eindruck gemacht hat.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Wohnung in Ordnung und ordentlich eingerichtet. Leider wurde unter dem Bett nicht sauber gemacht und das Kinderbett war von unten voller Spinnweben. Dazu kommt das die Wohnung für Kleinkinder überhaupt nicht sicher ist , sogar das Kinderbett steht direkt neben zwei nicht gesicherten Steckdosen. Das Internet funktioniert nur im Bad und Schlafzimmer.

Erste Kontaktufnahmme mit dem Servicebüro nicht sehr freundlich. Fr Bahnreisende fehlt ein Hinweis auf die Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft. Bis auf die Staubflocken unter dem Bett war die Unterkunft sehr sauber, allerdings sehr spärlich mit Spü- und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Wäschewechsel war in14 Nächten nicht vorgesehen, es sei denn mit wieder 30 € pro Woche. Das ist schon heftig!!

Gesamteindruck war gut

Bis auf kleine Mängel entsprach die Ferienwohnung unseren Erwartungen. Die Abwicklung durch Interhome war bis auf einen Kontakt gut. Ich hatte Interhome telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung durch meine Tochter und ihren Freund genutzt wird. Bei der Anfrage nach den Personalien für die Kurkarte teilte ich dies aus meinem Urlaub in Schottland telefonisch mit. Dies wurde intern bei Interhome nicht weitergegeben. Bei dem Kontakt meiner Tochter im Büro von Interhome in Norddeich wurde sie von einer Mitarbeiterinäußerst unfreundlich behandelt mit dem Hinweis, dass nun die Kurkarten neu ausgestellt werden müssen. Ein derartiges Verhalten ist nicht akzeptabel, zumal der Fehler bei Interhome lag.
