Perfect for those who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the downtown chaos but close enough to enjoy the beautiful emerald city. This 3 story property is beautifully designed with a mid-century modern contemporary finish that makes you feel right at home.

The space
WiFi Mesh routers located on every floor provide seemless connectivity. Speeds are 100/5 Mbps.

Kitchen is fully equipped with new Samsung appliances (oven, electric glass stove, microwave, fridge with filtered water dispenser, dishwasher). You can find cutlery, cutting boards, sharp chef knives, utensils, pots/pans, and selective condiments for your use.

Bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and hand held clothing steamers.

Rooftop is equipped with a dining table and chairs perfect to enjoy golden hour with the DT Seattle skyline in the background.

Master bedroom 1: this room is on its own floor with a Queen size bed and its own private spa-like bathroom. Equipped with air conditioning unit, large closet, smart TV, and work desk.

Great property. Location pretty close to the airport. The street is a bit narrow for a two way so driving up and parking was an issue a few times with cars coming in the opposite direction. Clean and well kept. Would stay here again.

The location was great with easy access to the highway. Family friendly with games to play on site. The welcome book was helpful! Beds pretty comfortable overall. The rainfall shower head in the master bath was a nice touch!

Family getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay. There are lots of stairs and the bedrooms are upstairs. The place is super clean and the carpet was clean. The hosts answered emails. The check in and check out is a breeze. I would definitely comeback to this house if I am in town.

Great Location

This property was in a great location 15 min drive to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. There are a lot of stairs but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Amy was a wonderful host that answered all my questions immediately and was eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Thanks so much for the stay in your lovely home. It was a nice and safe quiet neighborhood. I appreciate the constant communication and resolving some of the issues and questions we had. I just wanted to add that we didn't see any broom so that can sweep the kitchen area but kept forgetting to ask you. YvonneYes, the place was nice. We do appreciate how you were willing to accommodate us with our requests like forks and face towels. Also, if the book could be updated that states what's in the home. Like a grill, etc. (I can't remember what some of the other items were that is in the description but not there). Thanks Michelle

Great place, a little weird smell

Place was great other than a strange smell on the upper floors in particular. It smelled like strong bug killer or some other cleaner but it was not a great smell. Otherwise, clean, spacious and perfect for us.
