Perfect location. Can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and even Safeway. Water is right out the door. Assigned parking space. So nicely decorated and appointed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Condo just as described. Great location with easy walking access to beach. I was a little concerned as the location was literally right off the Main Street - however, even with windows open at night, the traffic noise was minimal. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Condo was clean uncomfortable, and cool down perfectly at night. We appreciated the two fans that helped also keep the condo cool!

The apartment was in pristine condition when we arrived. It was so obvious the hosts had put ample thought into making the space user friendly. Everything in the apartment just made sense and was thought through with so much care! If you forgot a household item, it’s likely they have one for you there. The location close to the water is unbeatable (go for a morning swim!), and there is still a lot of privacy as none of the doors and windows point towards the other condos. I could have stayed there for weeks. Truly a 10/10 experience.

The condo was outstanding! It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. Being just a 30-second walk from the lakefront, we enjoyed breakfast out there on the first day so much that we lingered for 3 hours!Communication with the management was excellent. When an issue arose with the oven, management had it fixed immediately. When we couldn't figure out how to close the sofa bed (seriously!), management sent someone to close it for us!Parking was onsite and the location was central to everything we needed, including restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.I highly recommend this condo for a stay at Lake Tahoe.

The condo was very clean & cozy. The lake is visible from inside the condo. You can walk directly across the parking lot to the lake. There is a table & chairs beside the lake to sit & relax. Just know that the washer & dryer are not in the condo. They are below on the bottom floor in a locked room. Great location since it’s within walking distance to several restaurants & shops. The staff was excellent to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo near Kings Beach. The unit was very clean, well furnished, and easy to find with convenient parking. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the lake with gorgeous views. Being in a gated community added an extra sense of security, which we appreciated. Overall, a great spot for a Tahoe getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

First time Tahoe visit.

The condo was excellent with easy access and a 1 minute walk down to lake side for views and sunset. Everything we needed was available. We spent 4 nights with daytime site seeing including a boat ride on the lake. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

Although the original condo was wonderful, the lack of internet presented a challenge for our work-related requirements/vacation. I would like to specifically commend the Property Manager for his quick response; he relocated us to an exceptional alternative property, which we greatly enjoyed.
