We propose to you to the rent, on the commune Dinan, this charming contemporary wooden house with swimming pool, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 55 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden with exotic looks of about 450 m² and two terraces ideal for enjoying meals with friends or family. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A living room of 55 m² facing south with TV, sofas and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower and double washbasin.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, heated) in Bali stone, treated by salt and chlorinated filtration, open from May to the end of September (depending on the season April and October possible, opening dates not contractual). An immersed protective cover for children or adults and you will have at your disposal pool accessories.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 450 m², the main part of the garden is south facing (the whole of the garden goes around the house). Garden furniture available (4 deckchairs, 2 armchairs, 2 outdoor poufs, outdoor sofa, coffee table, outdoor kitchen with plancha and sink and outdoor dining table with 6 chairs). Exotic and exotic looking garden. Possibility of a shade sail on the main terrace.
- A first terrace at the level of the swimming pool of 45 m², facing south, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A second terrace of 20 m² facing East with a dining area and an outdoor kitchen.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment, not very noisy, green to enjoy a moment of calm and rest. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, markets, etc., within 10 to 15 minutes of the town centre.

Activities :
During your stay in Dinan, discover the heritage, the craftsmen, the sports and cultural activities, the outings and the nature which make the richness of the city, classified "of Art and History"!
- Boat trips on the Rance or at sea to the Ebiens island.
- Visit of Dinan: medieval old town with its half-timbered houses, ramparts, abbey, rue de Jerzual, clock tower, shops, animations, market, Château de Léhon...
- Festival of the ramparts, Route du Rhum in Saint-Malo, sound and light show at Mont St Michel...
- Visit of Saint-Cast Le Guildo, St-Malo, Dinard, St-Lunaire and St Briac-sur-Mer, relaxation on the fine sandy beaches, discovery of the seaside villas, the Mont Saint-Michel, Cap Fréhel...
- Hiking on the GR34 which links Cap Fréhel to Fort La Latte.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private outdoor parking of the house (2 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Free Dynamo bus network linking : Dinan, Léhon, Lanvallay, Quévert, Taden
- Bus: Line 3 to Léhon via Dinan, Line 11 from Dinan to Dinard, Line 12 from Dinan to Saint-Jacut.
- Nearest train station: Dinan train station located about 5 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located about 24 minutes away by car.
