Von aussen macht das Haus und die Umgebung einen guten Eindruck. Im innern erschrickt man von der Unsauberkeit und Ungepflegtheit. Die Duschen sind zu eng, nur mit einem Duschvorhang, deshalb wird der ganze Raum nass. Ein zusätzlich bestelltes Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl waren nicht vorhanden. Auch nicht vorhanden waren: Föhn, Besen (um besenrein abzugeben). In den Badezimmern gibt es keine Abstellflächen. Wir haben jeweils ein Nachttischlein hineingestellt. Beim Kühlschrank fehlte die Glasabdeckung bei der Gemüseschublade. Diverse Küchenutensilien fehlen und mussten von uns gekauft werden. Das Haus verspricht Meeresnähe. Das stimmt zwar ist aber mit Kindern unmöglich, dort zu baden. Zum Glück wurde der Pool regelmässig gepflegt.

In die Jahre gekommenen Haus und Ausstattung

Das Haus hat einen tollen Schnitt, schöne Zimmer und dann hört es auch schon fast auf. Die Möbel und auch die Küchenutensilien sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus sollte eigentlich sauber übergeben werden. Das einzige was sauber war, war die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher. Die Schränke sowohl in den Schlafzimmer als auch in der Küche waren ziemlich verschmutzt. Der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber und auch schon recht defekt, das selbe galt für die Spülmaschine. Pool grün .... Chemiebomben 2 x wöchentlich von Poolmann. Küche: Töpfe, Pfannen Beschichtung kaputt und defekt. Zu wenig Besteck. Putzmaterial völlig verdreckt. Backofen defekt. Toaster löste Stromausfall aus. Ventilatoren völlig verstaubt. Betten ( eher Liegen ) völlig unbequem. Ohne Klima waren die Nächte durch die Hitze nicht auszuhalten. ( haben zusätzlich Ventilatoren kaufen müssen). Interhome Mitarbeiter konnten kaum Englisch nur spanisch.

Al llegar nos dimos cuenta de que tenía detalles como sillas rotas ,a la nevera la faltaba una estantería faltaba una barra en una terraza etc Al día siguiente la cosa se complicó y teníamos goteras en el lavabo de abajo que lo solucionaron rápidamente. A partir de aquí todo fue rodado. En general fue buena opción Si me preguntan si volvería la espuesta es si.

No lo recomiendo

Olor insoportable a orine de perro y gato en toda la zona exterior De la Villa. Barbacoa no vale nada, llovió y se inundó la casa desde la puerta principal. Lo único que merece la pena es la ubicación por sus lindas calas y playas

Mobilier jardin cassé, manque un volet, réfrigérateur manques de froid, literie grince, eau chaude douche pas stable, pommeau de douche mauvais état, fuite eau plafond douche du bas, piscine vieillissante, un feu gaz ne fonctionne pas, le nettoyage à été fait sommairement, aucun commerce à proximité(peut-être le préciser dans l'annonce)J'ai été un peu déçu de cette location, c'est ma 3ème en passant par locasun, les 2 premières m'ont beaucoup satisfaite mais pas celle là

Prijs kwaliteit is ok

Gelogeerd met 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen… Prima WiFi, en zeer proper bij aankomst. Te weinig keuken uitrusting, geen deftige pannen, geen wijnglazen. Glazen werden snel gebracht. Maar 4 ligstoelen en buitenstoelen waren gedeeltelijk beschadigd. Blijkbaar een groep jong volwassenen voor ons geweest… met ook gevolgen voor zwembad. Enkele bierflesjes en andere attributen uit zwembad gehaald… snelle reactie van intercoms ter plaatse…

Casa agradable

La casa amplia y muy comoda, disfrutamos del porche y la barbacoa, y estuvimos muy bien. Encontramos a faltar algunos utensilios de cocina, la minipimer no funciona y faltaban almohadas en algunas camas. Por lo demás estuvimos bien, relajarnos, pasear por las calas y la urbanización que eran estupendas y tranquila en esta época del año y disfrutar de la familia y amigos con los perretes. Si volveríamos con buen tiempo para poder disfrutar de la piscina.

Vacaciones en Tres Cales

Encontramos a faltar ropa de abrigo en la cama, la tv no tenía mando a distancia y las cadenas eran extranjeras, el fregadero estaba estropeado y salía agua, había un cubo debajo lleno de agua sucia, por culpa de una tostadora estropeada, nos quedamos sin luz, al estar el contador de la luz bajo llave, tuvimos que esperar al responsables de mantenimiento para solucionar el tema. La zona y alrededores nos gustó, tranquilidad y buenas vistas.

We regret the delay at the beginning however this was due to having to wait for the part to be delivered. It is now working correctly. Bon séjour dans cette location mais nous avons déploré quelques désagréments ( propreté piscine à l'arrivée, congélateur sale, four sans grille, cafetière trop petite (interhome a fait le maxmum ensuite), fuite d'eau dans douche du bas venant du plafond; 2 lits enfants avec barreaux manquants; filet de vis à vis manquant, pas de fil a linge extérieur (manquant ou cassé) les tansats ne sont pa réglables mais à plat. plage à proximité nudiste. Manquait rideau de douche en bas mais il a été posé.

Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis

Das Haus bietet wirklich viel Platz an. Man braucht aber ein Auto, da in der Nähe keiner Lebensmittel-Laden gibt. Gute Lage für die Ruhe-Suchenden Menschen. Die kleinen Mängel: Es gibt leider kein Spiegel in dem man nicht nur Gesicht sieht, nur die kleinen runden in den Badezimmern. Die manchen Betten quietschen.

Estuvimos pasando unos días mi pareja y yo con nuestro perrito. La casa es enorme, tiene mil habitaciones. Y la zona es muy tranquila. Al ser una casa de empresa no tiene absolutamente nada, solamente sabana bajera en las camas y alguna toalla. Y el exterior es tal cual la foto pero sin jardín, esa zona ahora es de cemento. Por lo demás perfecto, repetiríamos seguro.
