Brilliant villa just on the edge of Calpe. Check in process at the Interhome office was quick & efficient. The offices are very easy to find with the villa less than a mile from them. On arrival we found the villa had everything we needed. The pool area was excellent with quality outdoor furniture, roomy and a couple of seperate eating areas. The 8x4 pool was the cleanest pool we have ever stayed at & was great to swim in. If you travel by motorcycle like us there is a secure garage. Nice gardens surrounding the house and a really long clothes line for drying clothes.Inside there are 2 air conditioned bedrooms with plenty of storage. A nice bathroom with good shower. Small but well stocked galley kitchen that links with a large dining room. All crockery, utensils are good quality and fit for purpose. A comfortable front room has brilliant views taking in the mountains and also the sea. There is a large ceiling fan that distributes the warm air so it’s not too hot. Some reviews say the furniture was old but ignore them. It’s has been replaced and all furniture was comfortable and in keeping with the house. We really enjoyed our stay here. The villas location is excellent. It is in a nice neighbourhood. It is exactly as described and offers a fabulous base for holidaying in the area.

Quelques lacunes

Villa dans une impasse, dominante superbe vue ameublement vétuste, moustiquaires et clim au top piscine superbe ensoleillée pratiquement toute la journée,nous avons regretté de ne pas connaitre les jours du passage du personnel d'entretien de la piscine qui possède un double et entre à leur guise.Bacs à déchets à coté de la villa un plus,un moins pour nous cela n'a pas provoqué d’incidence pendant notre séjour.

Casa con unas condiciones espectaculares. Las únicas pegas que pondría serian el no tener aire acondicionado en el salón y que tanto el frigorífico como el lavavajillas son algo viejos. Por lo demás, una estancia de 10
