Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia 1 km, Mundomar 1 km, Benidorm Palace 1 km, Terra Mitica 3 km, Terra Natura 3 km, Karting 4 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

This is the first time ive used this property. Location is amazing and the apartment itself was very spacious. Much better than cramped hotel rooms. Only down side was no pool but when your located 50 metres from the beach then have no complaints.

Recently stayed here with 6 friends, the apartment is very clean and tidy and close to all the bars and nightlife. You are literally 50 yards from the beach. For the price I can't really fault the apartment and location, if we go back would definitely ise again

Only problem we had was the gates were locked on a night and given to keys but only had 1 lock key so we had to climb over the wall not good if you are disabled or just cant do it

Great location

Getting the keys was a hassel females having to get a taxi to the other side of Benidorm at 2am in morning.. instruction for room were in spanish and key did not have room number on, so took another 40 mins to get in to the room.. kettle was a small travel kettle only big enough for too mugs provided.. sink plug did not work in kitchen.. the rooms were spacious and confortable .. rest cant fault..

En härlig lägenhet med bästa läget. Nära till allt. Äldre utrustning men inget som störde oss. Vi kunde hyra wifi som fungerade utmärkt! En säng hård men vi bytte rum så allt blev bra.

Lovely apartment in a prime location. Arrived late and key collection is a taxi ride away. Could do with some clothes storage in the en-suite bedroom. That aside we would still book it again.

Brilliant location, good apartment

Travelled with a group of friends for 3 nights. The location of the apartment was brilliant, on the beach front and minutes to the main bars. The apartment itself is slightly dated but on a whole it was a comfortable stay for 6 people. The only negative was the hot water was intermittent, we had to all have showers throughout the day as the hot water would run out after 2 showers. But a comfortable stay for 6 adults.

Plenty of room for 6 people. Well laid out apartment well positioned for the facilities but out of earshot of all the noisy bars Plenty of nice restaurants close and pretty much on the beach

Excellent

Third time we have stayed here so that speaks for itself. Very clean and well equipped. Location is absolutely the best for beach, bars, shops, nightlife. Even better this year with a complimentary bottle of wine which was much appreciated. Communication with interhome prior to travel was excellent as usual. They let us use our deposit from 2020 (cancelled for obvious reason) for 2021. Looking at going back again in 2022

August 2019 stay

Excellent apartment very clean with great views from the balcony overlooking the beach. I would definitely book here again and over all we had a great holiday no complaints from me.
