AMAZING LOCATION

The condo is very spacious and beautiful. It had everything we needed for the perfect 4th of July weekend. The location was perfect for floating the river. 5 stars!!

Just all around perfect!

Beautiful condo! The location is very convenient to everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and very nice linen. The kitchen was well equipped and included a washer/dryer. The balcony overlooks the river. Covered parking and easy access to the property. The communication with the host was excellent and her attention was immediate. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great place for some fun on the river

A lot of options for tn ing. You can get in the water on the property and have a short float to a beautiful public exit , with a short walk back to the condo. Or walk up to a public entrance and have a little longer float back to the warnecke exit. The best is a 15 minute walk to jump in at Prince Solms park, which puts you in position to go thru two fun chutes!

A perfect getaway

Fraus Haus is an amazing property which is centrally located to downtown New Braunfels and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. Further, it is a close drive to Gruene. The property is adequately filled with pots, pans, bowls allowing you to cook if you choose. There is ample space for everyone to relax and the two balcony’s provide an oasis from above. The host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. You couldn’t ask for a better place.

Wonderful property!!

We were a little skeptical at first since there weren’t any prior reviews for the property, but we were pleasantly surprised at how awesome this condo was!! The remodeling done to the bathrooms is beautiful! Condo is great, convenient location to restaurants and family fun, with a perfect view of the River!! Our family of 8 (grandparents included) had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our Spring Break. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having access to the pool and hot tub since we hadn’t planned to get in the river. But now that we know how great this property is, we’ll definitely be back later in the summer to enjoy the easy access into and out of the river!!

Nice little place on the Comal river, right across the street from the water park and a short walking distance from downtown New Braunfels.

Camp Warnecke has been a great place for our family to create life long memories & we wanted to share it with ohters.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This is the perfect location for so many things. You are in the heart of New Braunfels and it is a central location to hundreds of activities. This condo is perfect for a large or small family. We have a hot tub & pool area also available. Schlitterbahn is across the street so is a public river entrance. You can drop your tube and come right out at our private entrance\/exit in about 45 minutes. We are located on a big horseshoe bend in the river. You can also walk to Landa Park and go in at the Chutes also. They also have a beautiful golf course and lots of hiking trails. You can fish at our river access area. If you want to shop the outlets are close or you can walk into town.
